There is a fine line between holding back and letting go, a mere second’s decision that is the difference between upholding a commitment to self and letting that commitment go to the wind. In holding the line and staying committed to growth and evolution, momentum builds to remain upon the path of change. To change takes courage as well as commitment, for to really change is to face the fears that have held one back but to also dare the self to forge ahead through and into the unknown. Fear is known, and thus doable, while the unknown is empty territory, full of who knows what. Don’t let it stop you. Keep a positive outlook as you forge ahead and make the unknown known.

It’s never too late for a life changing action. It’s never too late to take control of your own life. It’s never too late to take leave of that which doesn’t work and to say hello to what does. Fear is the only real deterrent to change. Fear gets in the way of life’s unfolding. Fear leads to failure to fulfill one’s dreams. Overcome fear and see life unfold in new directions, with new experiences as of yet unimagined. You have no idea what’s in store for you. Can you face your fears and dare to see what awaits?

Stay attached to how far you have already come and not to how far is still to go. Your accomplishments deserve credit, as does your strong will to change and evolve the self. There is great dignity in paying attention to what has made you and what potential still lies unawakened within you. Let fear stand aside now. Take it off like an old winter coat, no longer needed in the warm sunshine, and allow yourself to launch now into the great and fantastic unknown. It is your destiny.

Fear is the greatest blockage to self exploration, self-knowledge and evolution. Fear keeps one in a state of suspension, afraid to move up or down, forward or backward, afraid to seek or know the truth. When fear reigns there is little that can be done from without, for the work to be done lies within the self.

The antidotes to fear are nerves of steel and a ruthlessness that transcends all emotion. Tackle fear as a mortal enemy so that you may finally be free to be and explore who you really are, so that you may be available to experience the fullness of your emotions, especially the most valued, that of love, and so that you may be available to experience and explore all that truly is, a life without restraints.
