Soulbyte for Thursday May 16, 2019

Hold a light steady in your heart, a sacred flame that only you know the true significance of. For as change comes more rapidly it is important to keep something sacred, meaningful, and profound close to your heart. For the heart is the carrier of all that is unspoken, dreamed and wished for, be it love, peace, or any number of other beautiful wishes. Change happens for a reason. It’s unstoppable, but that doesn’t mean you can’t save something sacred and meaningful to carry forth with you. Be a bearer of light, love, and dreams on the inside, and a bearer of goodness and loving kindness on the outside.

Make a plan and stick to it. It’s called discipline, and it’s the only way to really enact the change you so desire, the change you know is so badly needed in your life. Rampant entitlement solves no problems, it only creates more. It is only in curtailing entitlement and in unseating deeply embedded ideas, that you deserve something and are special, that change for the better will begin to take root. Enact change with discipline because it is the right thing to do. Begin with the self, but realize that if you change it will begin to effect everyone around you too. And don’t you want to make an impact in the world around you? Make a plan that will change you, the thing you know most needs to change about yourself right now. It all begins with you. No one else can do it for you. Make a plan and take the first step. And remember, you CAN do it!

Soulbyte for Wednesday May 8, 2019

Something has to change. You already know this. It’s okay to step back, take a breather, and make a course correction. You may think you have found the perfect cure, discovered your truth, experienced all that is meaningful, but the truth is, there really is so much more to come. Life does not stop evolving. Don’t be afraid of change, even if you’ve already made so many changes, so many plans. Keep going. One change may only be the beginning, the first step. Without fear, set your intent to be open, and then be open to guidance. It will come in mysterious ways that only you can fathom, but take it seriously. Gifts come in many forms and your first gift may be that something needs to change. Get in alignment with it and take the first step. If you are ready, you won’t be as surprised as you’d be if you were to keep ignoring the signs. And where exactly are those signs coming from? From within, of course. That’s where it all begins. It’s something only you know. You probably already have the first clue, and that’s good!

Soulbyte for Thursday April 17, 2019

With heart open, stand firm upon your path of transformation. Day by day make changes that further your intent to change. Change happens all the time in the world around you, and even in your own body without your need to do a thing, but changes of the mind, of the soul, of consciousness take effort. Each day is a renewal, a new opportunity to restart and restate your intent: “I am a changing being!” Make your change the most important aspect of your life, for you and your life deserve it. It’s all in your hands. You’ve come this far, don’t stop now. The power is yours.

Soulbyte for Monday April 1, 2019

Value your weaknesses, as much as you value your strengths, for what they teach you about yourself, for how they show you who you are and how you operate. Turn them to your advantage by using them as catalysts to change, by taking them seriously and giving them the opportunity to guide you to what needs fixing, what needs curtailing, what needs restraint, what needs restricting, and what needs to be your first priority. Nothing you do is going to help you more than this. Change begins by knowing what to change. Well, there you have it! Within yourself lies all you need to know to begin the process of change. Begin today. And thank your weaknesses for showing you the way. With gratitude, take your first step.
