Do not be afraid to fully be the Self, in all aspects, within and without. Too many people hold back parts of themselves, refusing to fully let them live. In so doing they suffer, in one way or another. Don’t be afraid to express the creative self, the curious self, the innocent self, the spiritual self, the confident self, the joyful self. Any part that does not have the opportunity to live will seek an outlet somehow, somewhere, which may result in painful situations, mysterious ailments, unknown problems and unresolved emotions. Try to find ways to allow the self new outlets of expression that are healthy, nurturing and good for the whole Self.

Unconditional love is at the heart of an evolved lifestyle. To know what it is, to practice it, and to utilize it as a means of self-directed inner intent as well as outer intent is the sign of an evolved being. Without claim to being special, but instead having worked hard to know the self fully, expressing one’s love unconditionally means finding balance in the world so that one experiences all of life from a place of kindness and compassion, with love as one’s guiding principle, searching always for the means to be more loving in all you do, think and express.

Place yourself at the center of an imaginary circle. How big is your circle? It doesn’t matter. From the center point you have access to everything within your circle; everything belongs to you. Imagine what you want inside the circle with you. What do you need and most want? You are in control. What you bring in affects you. What you leave out affects you. Imagine this circle as a bubble surrounding and protecting you. From it you can reach out or remain inside; it’s up to you. The illusion is that you are alone, but you are not. You are one circle among many, all living together, safe and protected alone and safe and protected as a mass; like a school of fish. You are part of a greater universe, and just as your little bubble is your responsibility so is the greater universe. You are inherently affected by everything and everything affects you. Such is life.

Stay the path of truth, wisdom and honesty, the path you know serves you best. Though you may be drawn from your center, remain steady, with central nervous system calm, mind clear, and with intentions set on the future. When turmoil calls, avoid it. When an old behavior seeks refuge in you, turn it away. When old thoughts appear in your mind’s eye, reject them as if they were a virus seeking to invade. Stay strong within yourself as you walk your changing path of heart, and see how things outside of you support your decision to embrace something new, something creative, something that perhaps only your spirit can clearly see but your heart knows is so right. Listen for the call of the universe as it supports your every step.
