You will know when it is time to make a change. A certain amount of uncomfortability will plague you. Your spirit will be restless and your mind will be unsettled. Your body may have something to say as well, letting you know that things are not well. The first step is to acknowledge that there is a problem. The second step is to embrace the need to change.
