Know that your body, your habits, and your fears need your soul, your desires, and your challenges to come together and move you forward in life, for without one there would not be the other. Life’s journey is taken in parallel worlds, within and without. Those worlds intertwine constantly. To discover this, to live consciously in both, is to truly know the self, body and soul! And that is good!
