Opportunity is pounding on your door. Open the door. No one else will do it for you. Do not allow old behaviors to rule at this moment of change. Take responsibility. Take control. Seize the new door of opportunity and open it. Walk through it. You may not even see it, but it is there. You know it by its breath of fresh air, by its strange light, by its calling voice, by its tug at your heart. Listen, feel it, allow it to influence you with its newness and its strong urging. Like a new day dawning, opportunity to change comes uncalled; it just is.

Change may come in abrupt or in subtle ways but however it comes find the means to accept it and its necessity. Find ways to appreciate it for what it brings, for what you are being forced to learn and assimilate, and for the truth you discover about yourself. When change comes find ways to embrace it, to make the most of it, and to emerge from it a transformed being, for that is the grand opportunity that change presents, the chance to transform. And don’t forget to keep love always in your heart, in your mind, and in your body, for love is the greatest change agent of them all.

In containment of self find the peace you seek. Relax your body and mind and be fully present with what is. Acknowledge the truth of where you are right now and with a measure of grace accept your faults and frailties as well as your strengths. Accept what truly is. From this place of truth know that you are essentially good, that you have your best interests at heart, and that you are fully capable of changing yourself into a more stable and balanced being. Breathe this certainty into the container of your body and tell yourself that you can do it. Life is always right there ready to take you by the hand and show you a new path.
