Allow for the intersection of mind and body on a new playing field of consciousness, with mind and body relaxed, both elements freed of fears and old ideas. Keeping attuned to each of them, notice how they each have their own agendas. Keep them in line so that they become one, connected by heart, by love, by caring, and by a new eagerness to take life to a new level. Get in alignment with that new agenda. That can only be done through a conscious, consistent effort. But remember, each day is a new day, a brand new beginning, an opportunity to start over. Grab every chance to renew. On this day, start with the truth. Declare it out loud, and begin from there, with love in your heart, with wisdom gained, with knowledge earned, and be open to all that is to come, challenging though it may be. Stay conscious. Stay heart centered. Stay in the field of love.

With persistence comes success, the honed ability to achieve a goal, the outcome that leads to a perception of having achieved the ultimate challenge. And yet with success comes also the next challenge, a new goal to achieve, new skills to hone. For life calls always for movement, for change, for the bar to be raised ever higher, the mind to expand, the body to keep astride of the heart’s desire for expansion and the soul’s need for something more. That something more is the source of life’s yearning for experience and the accumulation of energy that is everlasting, the soul’s intent to eternally grow and evolve. Live life in this  manner, with persistence, from the heart, so that fulfillment of something greater than material accumulation becomes the goal and so that your soul rejoices in every day’s decisions and achievements. As you take your daily journey, let each step be as important as the next, filled with joy that you are fully available to walk this day in a new direction. One small change sets the ball rolling and before you know it you’re on your way. The opportunity to change comes again and again. In every day, in every moment it waits by your side wondering if this is the day, if this is the moment. It might not look like much or present as something big or tremendously transformative because often the first spark of change is no more than an inkling of an idea, a spark of insight, but even a spark has the potential to produce a raging fire. Let your own spark of insight inspire the first step on your changing journey and then the next and the next will easily follow. Just keep going. You never know where you’ll end up!
