Seek contentment. Contentment arises in finding and maintaining balance between body and spirit, between Earthly desires and Spiritual needs, between that which entices and that which satisfies. The body may seek as much as the spirit to entice you to that which is fulfilling, but whose needs are more important? Both! They are both equal and both necessary, and both require attention and support. Do not neglect one for the other but seek balance. Get to know each one intimately. In so doing know the Self, the Whole Self, and thus achieve contentment.
Lessons come in many forms and many ways, served up covertly or directly, subtly or profoundly, slowly or quickly. But however they come they are meant to aid you on your journey, helping you to face the key issues in your life, helping you to remember who you truly are, a spirit self in a human body who knows you fully and has a dedicated plan for you, and that plan is for you to evolve. No experience is any greater or worse than another, for all experiences have this same intent in mind, all are for your greater good. Remember this and your journey through life this time will evolve you another step along on your spirit’s journey, for it is your spirit’s journey that matters as much or more than your physical body’s journey. Entwined as they are, the spirit’s journey is by far the more important.
Patience. In solitude find your center within yourself—that quiet mind, that still body, that calm heart—and wait patiently for the voice of Spirit to speak words of guidance. In return, express gratitude for communion with the Self who knows what to do and let that Self guide you. With thanks, be guided forward each day, one step at a time to what is right, good, and evolutionary. For that is the real reason you are there, to evolve from ignorant human to knowing spirit, to fully knowing all that you are and all that you are capable of. And there is much to learn indeed! Be patient, but also take the evolutionary “A” Course: be Awake, Alert, Aware, and Act appropriately when Spirit says the time is right.
Body and mind are inextricably linked in our human sojourn. The physical condition of our world is reflected in our collective mental process.
Most pressing, currently, in our physical world, is the impact of a virus on human civilization. Most dominant on the mental plane are an infusion of viral beliefs, currently challenging a cohesive collective agreement on what is reality.
As the physical virus mutates and remains energetically viable, so do the action and energy of viral beliefs that overshadow human thought and relationships. Human efforts to vaccinate and subdue the power of the virus are equally reflected in highly charged emotional efforts, as humans of opposing beliefs seek to reach cohesion via heated persuasive argumentation, a largely futile effort to convert each other.
The backdrop of our current energetic collisions is an energy poised to affect change. The virus clearly seeks to affect major modifications in human behavior. Certainly, the ruling practices of humankind are in need of update to continue supporting life on the planet. Competing, emotionally-charged, clashing beliefs are equally determined to restructure human thought and behavior.
The repetitiveness of human behavior is a slow yet significant technology for evolutionary change. Repetition ultimately accrues to boredom that then sets the stage for a breakthrough of a volatile energy that breaks down the familiar, as it seeks fundamental change. The physical and mental viruses of now are composed of a revolutionary energy so powerful as to hasten this change process and set the stage for a new way of life.
To be alive at this time, in this world, suggests a readiness to participate in such monumental change. Beyond the outer challenge of navigating the viruses amongst us, is the opportunity for great change within the self. The energy of now insists that we examine our core beliefs and open to greater perspectives and possibilities than we’ve previously known.
To be alive in this energy matrix portends great opportunity to change life patterns that have dominated thinking and living, up to this current moment. The seduction to battle for needed change in the outer world exclusively, is to forego a great opportunity for evolution of the Spirit in its journey in infinity.
Take full advantage of the energy of now to achieve full transparency of self, to self, and make needed adjustments on the path of fulfillment.
Listen always to the heart, for the heart knows more than the head. The head will try to take over, assert its rationality, but keep open the communication with the heart, in spite of all the rationality in the world, for the heart is the great communicator. It holds the world, far and wide, in its knowledge, connecting all that is and bringing it home to you, the knowledge you need in order to make the choices that are most important and spiritually serving. For the heart serves the spirit, and the spirit is what counts.
