Seek calmness within the self, in mind, body and spirit. A calm mind, body and heart will allow you to weather through anything with dignity, intelligence, and prowess. When agitated, decisions may not be made for the best. But even in the worst of times a calm body, mind, and heart will bring forth what is most needed and advantageous. Practice calm breathing, calm walking, and calm meditation, no matter the situation.
