Breathe and know that your life-giving breath is the anchor to your body, the grounding mechanism to remind you of who you are in your present life. Breathe and know yourself more fully. Breathe and find yourself, a loving and compassionate being. Breathe in love and compassion for yourself even as you do for others. Breathe and know life in all its permutations. Breathe yourself through anything and know calmness once again.
