To change the world, first go within and change the self. Though you may already feel that you are part of the greater whole, you will not positively affect the greater whole with health and peacefulness until you have achieved these things within the self. Every thought you have, every action you take affects the whole. Seek to purify the self so that the whole may also be purified. As within, so without.
