How long have you believed that you are this way or that, that you can or can’t, that you should or shouldn’t, that you are or aren’t something or another? Who told you the things you believe about yourself? What if none of them were actually true? What if you have just been telling yourself lies your whole life? How would that make you feel? There is a part of you that knows differently, that knows that you are so much more than you believe. Let that part speak up now and create a whole new world of you. Right now!

Your inner dialogue matters greatly. Are you lying to yourself? What’s really true in the repetitive things you tell yourself? Some things may indeed be true but others entirely false. Question your inner dialogue. Stop saying the usual false things and say some new and positive things. After all, today is a new day and that means you get to swipe the slate clean and start over. Start with saying something good!

Forgive yourself so that you may begin to forgive others. For there is no true forgiveness until there is nothing left to forgive.
