Before you know it, things happen that you can’t explain, that you can’t control and that you can’t truly fathom. They are the profundities in life that often have no logical reason for occurring but you know they did. Look into your heart when such things happen rather than into your head. You will not find explanations in your left brain, but you will find truth in your heart. Perhaps your biggest lesson in life is to learn to trust your heart more often, to learn to rely on it, to learn to turn to it when all else fails, when you are lost, confused, sad or desperate. Learn to ask your heart to guide you. Close your eyes and just ask.
