We are encouraged to focus our attention on our breathing as this new week begins, to stay connected to who and what we truly are, spiritual beings on an earthly journey in a human body. Time to breathe in love, calmness, and truth. Now what could be better than that!

Let your mind be at ease as you step into the flow of life, knowing that this day too is meant to be. This day too is the unfolding of your life, the next step on your journey. Embrace it wholeheartedly, knowing that each day is prescribed for your growth, your healing, and your awakening. Awaken a little more today. Heal something inside you today. Grow a little more wise today. It’s what’s expected. So, knowing all this, be at ease and accepting. Step out into the day that is today with gratitude. Breathe easy, be happy, and be at peace, for this day too is meant to be.

Don’t forget that above all else you are a spirit being living a human life in order to learn something unique, empowering, and evolutionary, so that your spirit may accumulate the knowledge and energy it has long desired to advance. Pay attention to the lessons that occur in your life, to the ways in which you are being taught, and to the meaning in everything. Focus on learning so that your lessons may be fewer and so that with ease you may enjoy your life as a spirit in human form. As a spirit you already know the lessons, the answers, the reasons, and the bigger plan. So relax and enjoy. It’s all going to work out just fine.

Gather your energy and with patience await your next assignment in Earth School. Where you go and what you do is of prime importance, so be selective as you live your life according to the dictates of your higher spirit self, who knows all and who awaits union with you each day as you walk the path of life. Let yourself turn more toward this knowing self as you figure out your life, as you take one day at a time, as it comes, and as you learn your lessons as they present themselves. It’s never too late to learn. It’s why you are there. All lessons are good lessons, so be open and without fear, and with a loving and eager heart let in what arrives on this day too. It might just be the greatest lesson you’ll ever have to learn. And that’s good indeed!
