Let your mind be free of fear and worry for only a minute so that you may experience the freedom that is naturally yours. In freedom from fear and worry the mind calms down and the body relaxes, loving kindness and compassion become natural states, and new habits develop based on a new set of parameters. A stark contrast between the old you and the new you is experienced and your understanding of your life and life in general expand your awareness. It takes some work but is a real possibility. A change in perspective on life and a ridding of old ideas is a good place to begin. You are much more than you think you are and you have the power to change.
