When you are stressed out you forget what really matters. Leave worry and fear to feed upon themselves and fill your mind with the emptiness of breath, with the light of a new day, with the energy of each single moment. In this moment breathe. In this moment you are fine. In this moment you are good. In this moment you have all you need. Stay in the moment that is. Today you are fine. Today is good. Enjoy it!

Choice matters. Creator or Destroyer? Feminine or Masculine? What side you choose to stand on matters because when you choose one you deny the other. And yet what is denied remains. For they are opposites of each other and yet they are also contained within each other. One does not exist without the other. One is the shadow of the other. That which is denied does not stay in the shadows for very long but rises up and comes looking for a way to live. You cannot have one without the other. Dark needs light. Life needs death. Destroyer needs creator. Giver needs taker. Masculine needs feminine. Earth needs sky. Moon needs sun. Remain aware that it is your own wholeness that you constantly seek, your own balance, containment and embrace of all that you are. Seek to know the shadow self so that you may know your wholeness. Without denial of the opposite, find yourself, within and without, with compassion and admiration for the tenacity of the other side, for that is you too!
