Keep a calm heart. Through thick and thin, through ups and downs, through times of good and times of bad keep a steady heart directed inwardly in calmness and peacefulness and outwardly in generosity and kindness. A strong heart is a good thing indeed and a generous heart is even better. Give your heart its worth and merit by being loving and giving that it may serve you all of your days with loving kindness within and without. Be a heart-centered being and you can’t go wrong!

Use your energy wisely. Don’t overdo nor be too restrictive, but do know your limitations and stay within them. Know your personal boundaries and keep them solid. Know the extent of your giving and give only what you can safely part with. Know your heart’s intent and follow it to your heart’s content, for in the end it is that which will get you to a new level of loving and living. Keep your heart humming.

Continuity is called for. Continuity requires constancy and commitment to one’s selected path of heart. To stay on a continuous path of growth and change one must call forth from the inner self all that one is. Nerves of steel and unbending focused intent, combined with heart-centeredness and continuous commitment to what is right, produce the necessary energy for change, but change will only come about by constantly sticking to one’s decision and making changes that support it. Today offers another opportunity to continue on a committed path of heart. Just do it.

Be who you truly are, but also be prepared to take responsibility for being who you truly are. Know that what you say will affect people and how you say it will affect them even more. So take responsibility for what and how you speak. Keep love in your heart and on your tongue so that all you do, all you say, and all that you are is loving indeed. Be responsible in all ways. But perhaps the biggest and most important responsibility is that to be who you truly are requires being true to yourself. Take responsibility for that!
