Everything is energy. You are energy. The person next to you is energy. The animals are energy. The trees are energy. The solids are energy just as much as the liquids are energy. You reside in a great hubbub of activity. Can you feel it? Can you feel it within your own body, the energy that gives life, that holds you together in your body? Ask it to give you all the energy you need for a wonderful day. Ask it to show you what is most important today. Ask it to be more present, and allow it to guide you to greater understanding and acceptance of yourself as a great force in the universe, just like everyone and everything else.
