All in all, it’s always a good day if you stay in step with all the good work you have been doing on yourself all week, if you give yourself credit for attempting something new, if you intend another day of small steps in a new direction. As mentioned, change is happening all the time, it is inevitable, and yet it doesn’t have to be drastic or life shattering. It can certainly be something small in the context of everyday life, with a larger goal in mind so that each day the picture of that greater goal reminds you to keep to the path you have set. For that goal, in picture form, is already waiting for you to reach out and own it. It’s your picture, your dream, your goal, thus it is also already your accomplishment in reality.
