When one person holds all the power there is no room for compromise or discussion about anything. When one person holds all the power there is no sense of place or prominence for anyone under that person. When one person dictates what is to happen, how it will happen, and when it will happen, there is no freedom. All of these situations warrant unrest, for a spirit cannot abide being held back.
