Abrupt and sudden change is often the catalyst that helps someone find their truth, that helps someone take a new direction in life, that helps someone find their right path. But more often than not that abrupt and sudden change is unnecessary. If change is needed, it is already known. But the sad thing is that though that knowledge exists, it is often not acted upon. If you know that change is needed, act upon it before something drastic happens to make you act upon it. You have the power within you to change without being given a dire life verdict, an illness, a devastating sadness.
