Change happens in different ways for different people. Change is rarely linear, rarely predictable and rarely consistent. Most of the time change arcs and spurts, flips and flops, and rises and falls. But in the end, no matter how change comes into your life, give yourself permission to go with it. Let it lead you, guide you and show you the way to greater harmony and balance, to a new place of solitude and contemplation, to a new feeling of contentment. It may take a while to regain your balance after abrupt change, but know that things will equalize over time and that all will be well once again.
