Pace yourself so that you maintain good physical presence but also so that your inner energy remains stable and viable. When you overdo, tiredness and malaise set in and the mind then turns to overstimulation with doubt, worry, and thoughts of an unhealthy nature. When good balance is maintained, body, mind, and spirit are in healthy collaboration so that everything you do and think stays within a realm that has access to, and can work with, your spirit, the part of you that fuels your energy, that doles out wisdom, and that knows what is truly good for you.
