Spend some time today getting calm and centered. Begin by setting an intention to remain calmly centered no matter what transpires. Begin with a calming breath, relaxing the muscles in the body, letting the jaw and face go slack, dropping the shoulders and releasing tension in the neck. Do this throughout the day, many times, saying the mantra: “Breathe, relax, calm.” Center your attention on your heart and intend calm heart-centeredness.
