Watch your energy. Keep it steady throughout the day neither overdoing nor underdoing, for both lead to deficits. Replenish it often with good food, good sleep, calming relaxation and deep breathing. Your body is your temple in which your energy, your spirit resides. The body is finite, but the spirit is eternal.
