When there is a natural ending there may be sadness, perhaps regret, a sense of loss, but also awareness that all things change, that time passes, bringing with it the changes of natural evolution, and awareness that nothing ever stays the same. As a year soon comes to its natural end, let your heart look forward with joy for new opportunities, let your mind be still knowing there is a new chance to change the self at the deepest level, another leap forward into new life on the horizon. With calmness begin each day as if it were always the first new day of a new year, and in so doing be always in the energy of change, and in the potential of something awesome.
