#165 You are a Complete Classroom

Dear Jeanne,
Any words of wisdom for us all today?

Behave with the utmost of self-scrutiny. Question your every action; your every move, decision, choice; and all else that allows you the opportunity to learn. You are your own greatest teacher. Be the best student you can be as you study your own life. Be thorough, be diligent, and be increasingly competent in your search for wholeness by remaining steadfast in your conviction to grow. You will succeed if your focus is on growth and connection to your own inner self, but you will continue to stumble if your focus constantly plays outward, focused on others. Return your seeking light towards the self. Refuse participation in the rituals and festivals that steal your focused energy from your inner work. Refuse all that pulls you from your contemplation, and your calm meditations on your own life, and your own inner spirit needs.

You do not need to go so far afield in order to find the answers to your questions. You do not need to travel so far away in order to find healing and fulfillment. Your travels need not take you anywhere, except into your own inner realms. Study your own terrain. Look over the map of the self more often, rather than the maps of the outer world. Look into your inner questing self for answers, rather than seeking answers with those who know. There are many people upon that earth who do the work of the spirit, yet do you not need them, except as a sign that the work of the spirit is the true work of man, and the work of truth for all men to seek resides, not with others, but with the self.

You are a complete classroom, equipped with every learning tool necessary for a thorough study of the self, a never ending university of the spirit self. And your guide resides upon the throne of knowledge, awaiting your entry into the classroom. Step into your own classroom, prepared especially for you, with all you need, ready to serve you, to teach you, to enlighten you, and to test you, so that you may continually learn and prosper. The windows of your classroom do not look out upon others, nor upon the world around you, but instead reflect upon you only what you must learn about the self. The teacher is your own knowing self who seeks to wake you up, for you have stayed up half the night looking for distractions elsewhere. Such activity will only gratify your curiosity, but it will not satisfy your deepest need to truly know the self. How can you ever truly know the self, if you continually turn away from the self and look elsewhere for the answers, though they lie asleep inside you, just waiting for you to discover them?

I have spoken often of recapitulation as the method to use in order to begin to know the self. This must all use, in the classroom of the self, the best teaching method now available. It is the intense scrutiny of the self that will liberate you from the self of the past so that you may finally grow. But how can you grow, if you are stuck in the past? The thinking, judging, unknowing past that cannot release you to proceed on your journey, unless you return to it, and free yourself from its grasp. Only then will you be free to move on, and explore further, doing advanced research into other realms of energetic persuasion. To remain caught by the past will inhibit any growth, as the past has a tendency to pop up, at the most inconvenient of times, to thwart your progress. I suggest that the best work one can do in that life, is to free the self from the past, by confronting it, and releasing the self from its clutches. In order to do this, must you turn inward, away from all distractions, and fully enter every aspect of your life thus lived, and relive it, with clarity, free of judgments, free of others’ eyes, focusing on the bare truths that you have thus far avoided.

In recapitulation, is there total release of all past habits and distractions that continually seek to take your focus away from growth, and keep you bound to old comforts. Time to break away now from those old patterns of behavior, and begin the greatest challenge of your new growth period, the challenge of accepting the self as teacher, and student, and learning what you truly hold inside you.

Refuse the next pull to seek the elixir that will finally cure you of your pain, for there is no elixir that will cure the inner you, except the one you hold now in your grasp, and that is your inner knowing that the only one you must turn to is the self. There is no other cure, for only you hold the answers, the truths, the challenges, the beauty, and the bounty that is you.

Seek inner knowing. Seek quiet. Seek personal time, to go bravely inward, and see who you are underneath all that you have laid over yourself in order to get where you are today. Remove the layers of life, and rediscover who you truly are underneath. Recapitulate how you got here, and then continue that process as you proceed forward in your growth, confronting and questioning yourself, constantly, in order to constantly learn and stay upon the path of true learning. Your inner you awaits your entry into the research lab. You never know what you’ll discover once you begin the process of recapitulation. You may find something you never imagined, a hidden treasure, a buried truth, a fine specimen.

Go with courage, bravery, and innocence; keenly aware and alert; open minded, and accepting of all truths; and you will succeed as you go traveling into the inner you.

#164 Access Your Energy Body

Dear Jeanne,
What message do you have for humanity today?

Go soft now, as you hear my message for today. Allow your physical body to relax so that you can access your energy. Begin to feel your energy as it vibrates beyond your physical body. Release it from the confines of your skin, your being, and feel it expand outward, and away from you. Begin this process in order to understand and access your energy body. Learn to connect to this aspect of the self, the self as far more than just flesh, and bones, and cells, and fibers, but as pure energy. For beyond that body you now inhabit, are you, in fact, pure energy. Do you not feel it? Do you not wish to acknowledge that this is so? Do you not understand that this energy that you are is the most important factor in being?

This energy that you are is capable of so much more than just inhabiting your body. It is capable of anything you can imagine, and much more. If you allow yourself to begin to feel this aspect of the self so do you open the door to understanding much more about life, and death, about energy usage, and, ultimately, about your own life, your own lives, and your purpose for being. Energetic vibration can be felt, and this you have already experienced in your lifetime, though you may not have recognized it as such. Your rational mind, and your physical body seek to keep you grounded in accepting only that which appeals to such concrete realities as touch, think, and feel will allow. But beyond that, is there knowing, resonance, and the ability to perceive your own energy field. This you must begin to practice, accepting that it exists, and then learning to actually feel it, or you will have little success in accepting most of what I speak of.

I know there are skeptics among you, but skepticism is but fear of the unknown, a shield that keeps you from exploration that might just force you to have to change, and that can be scary. But in order to understand the world you live in, both the concrete physical world, and the obscure mysterious world of amorphous thought, and energy, must you dare yourself to explore a little.

Today, I suggest that you begin to concentrate on feeling your own energy body. Aside from your physical body, this is pure energy, with no weight or mass, simply pure vibratory energy. Everything in your world is of this sort of energetic configuration, though your perception is of the heavy sort, keeping you restrained by what you may have been taught, what your physical eyes see, and what your rational mind chooses to accept. Allow now your spirit knowing, and your spirit that chooses the possibility of everything, to guide you to explore a new world, where everything is vibratory, and alive energy, not confined to anything, except the shape it has chosen to take today.

Your own body holds your energy in the shape you feel and see, but you have the ability to perceive it as bodiless. If you are but pure energy, so can you manifest that energy anywhere, any time, and in any form you desire. Though this may seem incredible, yet do you already do it, simply by using your own power of thought. Send your thoughts, your intent, and you send your energy, to anyone. Test this today, and see what happens. Think of one person you would like to contact using your intent, your energetic intent. Manifest yourself before that person, and then see what happens. Use your energy body to test the power of your intent. Test your energy body, but also feel it. This is most important for you to begin to practice, not only the power of it, but the feel of it. For in beginning to feel your own energy, will you begin to open doors. Your mind will loosen the strongholds that keep you bound to that world, and your ability to grow and evolve will begin to manifest in your present reality.

I urge you all to notice, more often, your energetic presence. Begin to test it, to feel it, and to use it. Look for examples of energetic resonance all around you as you begin to allow this energy that is you, to guide you. Soften your physical body, and begin to access your energy body. That is what I ask of you today, all of humanity. You have no idea what awaits as you discover who you truly are.

#163 The Inner Egoless Self

Dear Jeanne,
What kind of guidance do you offer us today?

Don’t be afraid. I offer you access to your own awareness, and your own deepest abilities that you have yet to unearth and exercise. So many of you seek perfection of the body, but how many of you seek true perfection of your own soul? Who seeks to truly know the self? This is what I offer you, a few new techniques, and a few old ones too, ancient ones that you can utilize to capture your spirit, and bring your focus back to what is really important in your life. Yes, your body is of utmost importance, but far greater must the focus become on your inner self, for this is where you truly live from, if you are to evolve.

Find your center daily. Begin always from this inner place of calm and balance, and get out of bed in this centered place, knowing the true self, and allow this recognizable self to be with you throughout your day. I do not advocate covering it up so much, as many tend to do, thinking it will get hurt or bruised in some way. That is your ego, not your spirit that you confuse so often. Your inner spirit you has no ego, this is what you seek to find in you, your pure innocent self, separate from your ego, separate from your inner child, and separate from your big baby self. The inner spirit self will not be injured because there is nothing it fears, nor are there any dangers to it. There are plenty of fears of the ego and the big baby, and plenty of old habits laced with fears. But in reality, is your calm inner spirit free of such burdens, though it may have to remove them, like covers placed over it, in order to emerge, get past the big baby, and the ego you have nurtured all these years, in order to emerge into reality.

If you are reading my messages, are you also interested in finding this ancient spirit self who lies asleep, or smothered inside you? This aspect of the self never dies, though it may not yet be awoken, in this life, either. Are you waking it up? Allowing it to emerge to become part of your life? Are you allowing it to guide you, participating in your life, and living and breathing more fully now? All of this is good, and all of this is necessary if you are to consider your life as an evolutionary journey.

So today, I suggest that you really investigate that inner egoless self. I know it exists; you just have to allow it to emerge, without fear. The fear is, as I have said, merely a teacher along the way, but a master teacher, and never to be ignored. If you do the work the master teacher expects, then do you graduate with honors, and allow yourself a new freedom as you accept your journey.

A journey is meant to have challenges, and all journeys will inevitably have many moments of despair and equally many of success. But turn always your focus to the journey of the inner egoless spirit self, and you will discover your true journey. Do not be afraid of this journey, though it may challenge you to change and shift often as you learn how to navigate life in a new way. In the end, it will lead you where you need to go, on a continually challenging and amazing voyage into the self, and then beyond the self.

Find your calm center, and stay there now and throughout your day. Allow your innocent truth to be revealed to you as you continue to work on breaking down the truths of the ego, into little bits and pieces that you no longer need to carry around with you. When you have shed the ego, then will you discover your true innocent self, and you will understand your centered calmness better, and more fully experience it.

#162 Fear

Dear Jeanne,
What guidance do you have for us today?

Today, I speak of fear because far too many of you are caught in the implications of fear. It is only a catalyst for your growth, and should not be embraced. It is not the accomplice you wish to take with you on your journey, but do allow it to hold open the door so you may step into the adventure that is awaiting you.

Do not allow it to grab at your arm, or pick at your clothing, as you step through the door that it has opened for you. Do not hesitate, for it is the right door. But fear will seek to entrap you. It knows how you breathe, and sleep, and walk, and talk. Yet does it not know that you will overpower it, simply by turning away from it, and walking past it into the place it signals you must go.

Once beyond fear, the adventure will guide you. The next step will take you into a new world, and each step beyond that will take you further and further from that dark shadow of fear that used to live so near you. Attempt now to shed yourself of this old rag of a habit, and take a new step today, boldly, yet assured that it is right. For even as you dare, must you also invite your inner spirit to take over now. And this inner you is supremely capable of walking now through that new door, with confidence, and awareness to guide you correctly as you go.

Remember, fear does not like to be ignored, but you must ignore it if you are to rid yourself of its filthy habit of picking and licking at you as if you were a tasty dish to eat. Enter that door it holds wide open, daring you to enter, and daring itself to hold open for you, for it knows it is risking its own demise, yet does it also know, that is its task. So be now as bold and daring as your own fear is as it invites you to step away from the old moldy taste of itself and into the new banquet hall where feasts await. Feasts of the spirit await. Feasts of the daring self who boldly wishes for change and seeks it in too many other places, but now must face the inner truth, the inner door that leads you where you must go. No other door, except the door that fear holds open, is meaningful. No other door will lead you where you need to go. Only the door that fear holds open is the door to step through, even though it may be plastered with signs of: Danger, No Exit, and Stay Back!

Be aware that those signs are the right ones, meaning quite the opposite. For once you read them correctly, with your inner eyes, and your inner knowing, then do you understand their meaning. Allow your biggest fear to point out the door you must open, and place one foot in front of the other, and walk through it. That is your next challenge, your next test, and also your next amazing step on this journey. Look to yourself for the proper guidance, and look to your fear. That is all you need.

#161 Watch for Signs

Dear Jeanne,
Do you have any guidance for us all today?

Watch for signs. Seek out what is trying to tell you how you should be guided. Follow not your instinct alone, but combine it with what is being shown to you. Attempt to interpret based on all that you know, all that you have already learned, and combine that with your inner knowing that seeks balanced acceptance in your everyday life. Signs are all around you, but do you notice them, do you pay deep attention to them, and do you figure out what they mean in the context of your own present life? What is the meaning of now? What is the purpose of the present moment in your growth? Focus always on that, and then look for the signs that will enable you to make the right choices. Today is a day full of signs, and your job is to make the right choices, the choices of heart, of spirit, and of inner knowing. Look, listen, and carefully analyze, and you may find sweet success as you take your next step in a new direction. Open a new door today. Take a new step today. Bend an old rule today. Break an old habit today. The energy is supportive of these endeavors. Dare yourself, and watch the signs that appear to guide you. Pay attention!
