Do you have a brief message to offer us today?

Abide by the Rules of Life. Curtail them to your own life, with conscious decision and care to take seriously all that comes to guide you. Your participation in life is not a game but an endeavor of the utmost importance. I do not wish to impose any doctrine upon you or your journey, but I do wish to aid you in growing exponentially, both as a person, a human being, as well as in your spirit potential. The two are inextricably linked, and this you must retain in your conscious knowing even as your inner knowing does seek to alert you to this fact. There can be no growth if you remain separate in thought and action from the spirit self. The same is true if you are too far removed from your human self, and the hidden potential of your humanness remains distant and buried. For complete wholeness in that life, do I offer knowledge of the means to balancing and merging these two selves, both equally necessary, and equally eager for life and participation in growth. Do not deny the abilities that lie hidden deep inside your human potential by holding on to old configurations of the self. Allow newness to seep in to the musty old rooms of the inner human you, and clean house, so that your spirit gathering inside you now will have a place of calm residence. The Rules of Life, and of the inner self, will become clearer as you allow this new occupancy to become the norm.

Continue to watch the energetic configurations that abound, for though there may appear to be calm and lull, do not be fooled by this trickery. Find your strength in your own convictions to remain steady upon your path as you await the next wave of disturbing energy that seeks your attention, not to aid you, but to feed off you. Remain turned inward, solving the riddles that control your life. Remove the riddles, and apply the new Rules of Life as I have laid down. Study them; for both focused intent, to enable inward turning; and also for what they offer. They have worked well for many eons, not so vastly different from the one you now live in. The times do not change that much, you know. Only you have the potential to really change and grow radically, if you dare.

Do you have a short message for humanity today, something brief and succinct, meaningful for this day?

Awareness is the key to everything. Take off the hood you have pulled over your eyes and allow lightness in to aid you in seeing what you must, what presents itself, and what lies ahead. How do you expect to advance upon your path, fulfilling your journey if you do not allow for clarity of vision? Remove all blockages to clear seeing and clear knowing. Allow the light to penetrate now when the energy is available to drive it to you with force and with compassion so that you may have the opportunity for growth. Do you not notice the call to face the truths that tug at your sleeve and peek under the tent you have pulled over your head? Do you not wish to have clarity now to guide you on your way? There is no clarity if one remains in darkness, that I can attest to. There are only stagnant behaviors if you remain caught by the old habits. Allow the energy to lift off the veils, the tents, the hats you have pulled down over your eyes. Remove the film that has blocked your truth. Take the fingers from your eyes, and look now toward the energy that seeks to shake you awake. Allow it to push you inward, to your truths, rather than outward to the old distractions. Its purpose is equally forceful in both directions; it plays at tug of war with your seeking self. Remember that the work of the inner self is the path of intent now, and allow the outer self to face now that inner you, and give over its energy so that union and growth may happen. Turn your outer back, and protect your inner you from the distractions of the wild energies that seek to have your undivided attention. Once in your protective inner you, remove the veils, the blindfolds, and discover how clearly focused is your vision when in this place of inner calm. Do the work that awaits in this place of inner calm. That is where this energy should lead you now, as it pounds at your door, inviting you to partake in its offerings. But all you wish to do is turn away, even as it does lift the veils, revealing the light, so must you go to the inner light. That is the path to take in order for there to be growth.

Use the signs in your life to guide you. Trust your journey as meaningful and necessary in order to lead you further along the path to the magic that awaits. Ask for help. It exists in many forms; you just have to be aware.

Do you have guidance to offer us all today?

Be aware of higher consciousness within yourself. You hold a Golden Bowl, filled with potential and opportunity, and your task is to find this treasure within yourself, and learn how to access it. I offer guidance, in terms of direction, and advise a means of achieving success, yet do I also challenge greatly, for there is much to encounter on the road to this Great Golden Bowl of Consciousness that lies within.

Though my techniques may frustrate you, so must you know that your personal evolution is uppermost in my concern, and my methods place the burden of truth, and the hard work in attaining it, solely upon your own shoulders. For no one can do the job of your evolution, except you, and this is what I seek to alert you to. In giving you the techniques and tools I have within my knowing, do I offer you a practical means to achieving success.

I push, I confront, I challenge, and I fully expect that you will examine your own dilemmas, and your own reluctance as you receive these confrontations and challenges. Your own truth must come to the fore in order for you to move to the next step. Challenges come, not only from the likes of me, but from all else around you. The people in your lives, and the energy that abounds, all conspire to help you grow.

The challenges of that life are the greatest of all, for to exit that endless stretch of lifetimes, and evolve to a new level, is the consummate challenge. If you elect to trust my guidance, so must you also elect to accept my own experiences as true and helpful, for I offer them in this manner. My many lives upon that earth did carry me always forward, each life awaiting my participation and growth. As the spirit that I am, did I seek growth and evolution through all those lives, but it was not until my last reincarnation, as Jeanne Marie Ketchel, that I succeeded in fulfilling my time, and my adventures upon that earth. At that time, did I evolve to a point of ultimate challenge. Having to accept the burdens of change at every step of life, rarely did I have time to pause, always pushing for truth, not allowing my own spirit to be dampened by others, or the practicalities of the world as it had become. I stayed always within my own truth, and that is what I challenged myself always with. Truth, and the rightness of all things, all decisions, and all situations, became my greatest need, and challenge. For without truth, was life but a sham, and not worthy of my pursuit, or my fulfillment. I chose always to confront, rather than acquiesce, and as such a strong figure, holding on to my truth, did I often have to suffer the consequences of my decisions. But always, did I stay within my truth. I offer that experience to you, as an example, because, in so living always my truth, did I resolve my many previous dilemmas, carried through many lives. In truth is there release and wholeness. For in discovering the voice of truth within, do you discover the true spirit self. As I now offer my knowledge, do I also acknowledge that I may sound overly aggressive in my delivery, but my demeanor should not sway you from the truth of my messages.

I confront all to accept the truth of their own journey, to accept the challenges that they have given themselves, and to accept the job ahead of them as their own to conquer. My mission is to wake you up, and although there are many who are alert and seeking such guidance, alert to a new way of living, so are there many who slumber deeply, and need a shaking in order to wake up. The world around you seeks to shake you awake. The energy seeks to shake you awake. The truth in all things seeks to shake you awake. Are you ready for truth now? Are you alert to the facts of truth in your own life?

Now there is great energy again, to offer you a boost forward on your journey. Are you ready to accept this gift, though it may throw you out of your usual comfy spot, and toss you overboard, where all of your skills must be utilized? Or are you going to stay locked down, bolted to the floor of your vessel, accepting nothing that is being offered to move you out of your stagnant sea and plunk you down in the great wide-open ocean of energy that awaits? Opportunities abound upon that earth to engage in change on many levels. The first, and greatest, resides within the self. By accepting the opportunity to change your self, your deepest self, so do you offer yourself a glimpse of that Golden Bowl of knowing that awaits your discovery.

I have already warned of the energy that now abounds upon that earth, the energy that seeks change, that challenges, and that alerts you to the disturbances within yourself, offering you the opportunity to tackle your falsehoods, remove them from your front door, and begin the journey to truth and wholeness. This energy, though it may make you uncomfortable, also offers you the power you need, to quickly shift to a new level of awareness. And then will your outlook on your self, and your entire life, have the opportunity to shift, as well. But it is up to you to accept the challenges of change that now stand before you. Seek the truth, and seek the Golden Bowl of knowing, and opportunity, and change. Or do you hunker down now, and let it ride over you, another missed opportunity?

So, in conclusion, I offer you this knowledge to aid you on your journey today. Be alert to the truth, for I do not dabble in untruths, nor do I pretend that something is other than what it truly is. My job is to present the facts, and I do so boldly, for that is my method. There is not time for dilly-dallying. There is only enough time now for action, and the energy awaits such determined and decisive action, offering in return its own vibrant assistance. For in choosing change, do you accept all that comes with it, and the energy that abounds comes with this current time upon that earth. Seek truth within, and use that energy to push you there, deeper into your inner you, pushing you deeper into the place of truth where the Golden Bowl of inner consciousness and truth await your discovery. Use this time of energetic confrontation to go innerly.

I urge you all to take advantage of what comes to alert you to your own path. Watch the signs for direction, and be assured that your own truths await, seeking to enlighten you, and offer you connection to your own spirit as your means of growth. Seek the connection to the self, not by any means, except by learning the truths that present themselves. That is how you will evolve to the place where the Golden Bowl awaits.

Do you have a short note of guidance for us today?

Watch your moods, your swings, your elations, your joys, and your quiet moments of deep reflection for deeply felt resonance as you go throughout your day. Be alert, at all times, to signs as you recapitulate, reliving as you live, going back into your past, yet also forward into your day, attending to your daily tasks. Remember that you are always being tested, being shown what you need, and even being prepared to receive what you most need. Do not falter in your progress. Do not pile upon the self faults, or attempts to sabotage your progress, for all work is progress. Even as you take a step forward, may you slip back a bit, but this does not mean you have failed. Recapitulation and life work hand in hand, teaching you daily what you need to know.

Accept the process of recapitulation, and you accept the process of growth. The energy of now, of this week and the next, is full of gullies and hidden caves where your attention may wander, and your focus may fix upon. Far better to turn your gaze inward and remain upon the focused steady inner path than be drawn outward to explore these energetic cauldrons of desire and distraction. Remain the firmly seated Buddha even as the energy seeks to dissuade you from your focused intent. Watch the energy around you. It will seek you out, but that is not your concern. Just because it seeks, does not mean that you must acknowledge its presence. It offers nothing, though it will attempt to persuade you that it has pretty, tasty wares to please your every need. Turn inward, rather than reach out your hand to its plentiful offerings.

Allow your firmly seated calm to remain your anchor now as you weather the energetic pulls that are coming now in greater force. Be aware that this planetary activity will have affect upon your energy, and your personal calm, if you allow it to disrupt your quiet reverie. There is much that such energy seeks to convince you of, that you need it in order to grow, but that is not the case. Turn inward, and away from the tempting winds of such energy.

Inner calm, inner balance, inner focus will aid you as you go now into the coming days and weeks. Use your recapitulation as your focus. This will help you maintain your inner calm. It is a tool for growth, but use it also as a tool to prevent influence from outside to interfere in your growth. Use your recapitulation process to protect you from the distractions the universe will present, but use it, most intensely, to discover your own truths. That is your true intent now, and this you must remain steadily focused on as you go forward, daily, step-by-step, seeking new life, and new light.

I offer my advice, and though you may not recall all my words, seek to remember to turn inward and do the work of the self, repeating this mantra: Recapitulation will be my freedom.

Do you have a message of enlightenment and guidance for humanity today?

Sit quietly now, in calmness, as you read my message. There is a process of growth that all must undertake. This involves learning the qualities of the great Buddhist monks, of calm interaction with all things upon that earth, but most importantly, with all that struggles inside, as well. There is no gain if no struggle ensues. Do you not wish for enlightenment and growth? My sole purpose, and the purpose of my mission group, is to bring awareness, and to alert you who reside upon that earth plane to all that exists to aid you on your journeys. Your greatest aid, and your greatest accomplice is your own knowing. This is what we seek to teach you about, to teach you that it exists, and that you are fully capable of accessing it, at all times.

When I speak of challenging yourself daily, so do I do this with the intent of aiding you to learn your own awareness techniques, those that suit you best, and are viable options in the world you now live in. I offer a great many techniques, tools in fact, that you are given the option to use, to test, and to apply, if they resonate with you.

My guidance is freely offered, and you also are free to try it out for your own higher good, but I cannot convince, or force anything upon any of you. It is up to you to take on the challenges I pose. I offer techniques to deal with fear, with change, with distractions, and with the process of recapitulation. These, along with accessing you own inner knowing resonance, are tools that will give you further access to abilities you may yet only have an inkling of. Guidance freely offered, may challenge as much as guidance that you pay a lot of money for, yet do I not desire payment, or any allegiance. I offer what I know, and offer it through goodness of intent.

Beyond the focus of the self is there much more to access, both beyond that life, and from your grounded place in that life. This I seek to alert you to, so that those now upon that earth, those who stumble, those who desire, and those who seek may all have equal opportunity for growth.

There is no growth without hard work, and this I also have been training you to accept. Though stumbling blocks may arise, though distractions may insert themselves into your life, do not allow such interference to pull you too far from your path. I offer, now, today, this guidance: be firm in your own direction, be steady upon your own path, reach forward to your growth, which lies but a few feet out of your reach, and seek to catch up to it, one step at a time. Focus your intent, not outside of you, but always inside of you, seeking what is most resonant and helpful as you continue your journey.

As you do your recapitulation, as you test this area of growth, and begin the process with daily small steps, remind yourself often of that plane you seek, that inner calm that you already know exists, for it has been your companion before. Your recapitulation will remind you, perhaps not gently at all, but with a full force gale, that you have, within you, memory of everything you need to know. Accept your memories as necessary growth-oriented steps that will lead you, not into darkness, but always toward the light, and the place of inner calm, and inner knowing.

I continue to challenge you to growth, change, and the work of the self, with firm conviction and concerted efforts to by-pass, reject, and consciously disregard the outside feeders of your energy. Remain focused on the greater intent of your journey upon that earth as you recapitulate, and discover your inner truths. Do not shy from truth, for then will it but remain a cog in the wheel of progress and continue to interfere in your growth.

Stay in your calmness as you continue your trek upon that earth, as you rediscover who you are, and as you challenge yourself to grow and tackle the greater issues that seek your energy. Use your inner knowing, your calm steadiness, and your awareness of truth as your anchors, even as Buddha, and his followers do use such anchors in their own lives.

Your balance at all times is essential as you continue your journey. There is no other journey to take, my friends. For in truth, if you don’t find your path to your inner truths, facing them, and working your way forward to a greater sense of self this time, may you only have to do it again. That I, personally, can attest to, for, as Jeanne Marie Ketchel, did I have the great task of completing my time upon that earth, and, believe me, it was quite a task. Often times, did I wish to shrink from the work of it, but in the end, my greatest task, my evolutionary growth, became my livelihood; and that I pushed myself to excel at, for I had within me the knowing of possibilities other than that life on earth.

I urge you all to consider your own future potential. Though I speak often of hard work and decision making, as you progress so must you remember that in energetic form is that term, “work,” quite a different experience from how you now perceive it. Life, and eternal life, reside side by side, but energetic form makes all the difference.

Today, I challenge you to grab on to your intent to grow, and sit beneath your own tree of knowing, and go deeply into the journey of the inner self, and see what you discover. Test the practices of the Buddhist way of calmness, for even as there are many such techniques so is this one quite easy to visualize and enact. Visualize your calm state of knowing, place your intent deep into your center of balance, and dare yourself to grow a little further on your path today. Sit in quiet contemplation, in centered, balanced calm, though there swirls around much that seeks your attention, and would love to feast upon your tasty energy. Go into inner quiet, and remain there, doing the work of the self, and you will do well.
