What message do you need?

I’ve noticed the energy, but feel that the shift I want isn’t quite happening. Maybe it’s in small increments, but I’d like it to speed up a little. Other people I’ve talked to are also feeling this, that the energy is intense, but not much else has happened to bring us to a place of noticeable change. Can you address this issue of our real desire for change, but the frustration of waiting for it, while at the same time feeling the energy revving up? It’s a little confusing trying to figure out how to handle it.

Do I not, at all times, stress a calm, balanced attitude to all that seeks to urge and disrupt your complacency?

Yes, you do, and I am reminded of that often, but this energy now is different. It has a youthful exuberance to it that I see manifesting in a lot of people, an eagerness that is looking for an outlet that is right this time, but not quite finding it, so then we have to deal with the intensity of it.

You will all need to get used to this energy that continues to mount. For the next few months will there be occurrences of this energetic flow bursting forth, yet will it not settle into a calm flow for a while yet. This energy that mounts, incrementally, is building all energy to a new level, so each burst is as if a step up has been taken. There is great need for this shift in energetics upon that Earth. You are present during a time of great change even though you may feel frustrated at the slowness of it. As you feel the pressure of it, so also must you keep in mind that it is simultaneously rising to a higher level of intensity, and in the long run is this necessary, and good for the great awakening and shift that is coming. This time of great shift will affect all who live upon that planet in some manner. Some will be affected greatly, others not so greatly, but still is life upon that Earth destined to change.

What kind of timeframe are you talking about? Months? Years? Decades?

In time will the length of buildup and anticipation not matter, for everything must be prepared for this shift. Over the next few months, perhaps even the next few weeks, is there going to occur shift, and vital change that will kick up quite a lot of notice and controversy. Then gradually, over the next few years, will subsequent changes be enacted; all with the purpose of shake up. These cosmic, and universal spurts of energy will create not imbalance upon that Earth as may at first be declared, but will in fact shift back into balance all that has gone awry. This century will be declared The Century of Change, Destruction, and Resurrection. Beyond that is there hope that awakened individuals will inhabit that planet, with new initiatives, and new habits of growth firmly embedded in their psyches.

For now, is it up to each one of you to awaken to the fact that this shift is at the core of your sense of frustration and the energy you are feeling. Do not dismiss this fact from your underlying truths. Even though you have your own issues in life to deal with, so are you privileged to be present during this time of great awakening and abrupt change. Your participation is being asked for.

So I guess we should learn to get used to the build up of energy, and use it for our own growth?

That is exactly what you should be doing. Learning to harness it. But it is important to not get swept away by it. Its intensity may throw you off your path. You may have to wrestle out of it what is resonant only to you. For even though this energy builds in intensity, so is it possible to siphon off only what you need in order to remain balanced and in sync with it at the same time, able to flow and stay in a state of calm.

This will entail learning detachment, responsibility for the self, and denial of the greedy baby inside all of you. It is time to evolve, My Dears, and you really don’t have a choice. “The times they are a-changin’,” so get used to it! But get used to it in an evolutionary manner, by toning down, tuning in, and flowing with the energy that is reciprocal and resonant. You all have learned so many skills now that I know you are fully capable of figuring out what to do.

The Rules of Life and Change must now become your trusty guidance, handy at all times to remind you how an evolutionary being should conduct a life of meaning and growth, within the context of great, sweeping energy of change.

So, I hope this answers your questions. As the energy continues to build, step-by-step, allow your self to keep up with it, but remain innerly calm and balanced so that your boat does not get swept away, and capsized by the intensity of the storm that is constantly brewing and escalating. Instead, remain alert, seeking calmer waters, where your inner work may continually be conducted, even as you maintain awareness of the storm just beyond your cove.

You can all do this, if you learn to flow, to remain stable, and responsible, and live a life according to the new rules. Good Luck now, as the next few days may present a much-needed lull, but prepare during this time for new energy to come. It is going to be quite a burst of energy that may knock you about in order to wake you up, keep you alert, and ask for your undivided attention as it wreaks some well-needed havoc upon that Earth. I suggest you look forward to it with calm enthusiasm, and a new confidence, knowing you can handle anything that comes your way. Attempts to remain calm and stable will succeed if you are aware that this is what the energy is meant to do now, shake you up. So accept it, calm down, and see where it leads you. Oh, and enjoy it too. For it holds within its intensity much joy and lightheartedness that should be engaged in, and not missed, for then would your journey not be completely fulfilling.

NOTE: Just thought I’d give an update on the bird caught in the bathroom fanlight, as several people have asked what happened. Well, I was sure it had flown out, but alas it was just sitting inside the elbow that connects the pipe to the fixture. It stayed there for the rest of the day and night, then in the morning reemerged in the fixture, just as desperate to get out. It then became clear that we had to rescue it. It was a nice fat starling, and as it was released, chirped its thanks, and flew off, none the worse for the time stuck in the pipe.

Do you have a message for today?

Await now results of your work on the inner self. Abide continually by the new Rules of Life and Change, as I constantly point out, for they contain many hidden treasures as yet unearthed. Your awareness, as it is honed, and your diligent inner work, will continue to lead you properly, and those hidden treasures will emerge from my previous words to further enlighten you.

I feel like I must be missing something in those Rules. You keep bringing them up, and I keep reading them, but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to notice. This may be the same for your other readers too. Am I missing something important?

Do not puzzle over that, but continue to do the deeper work on the self, challenging your inclinations to fall back into old habits. Refer often to those Rules, for as you evolve so will the deeper meanings appear to enlighten you.

So, you’re not going to enlighten me I see. I have to figure it out for myself, right?

Of course, Jan. I am not inclined to do your work for you, or for anyone. I pose the questions and present the tests for you to take. As a teacher and a guide do I but nudge you, enticing you always onto your true path. Neither do I demand nor seek compliance on your part, but allow you full reign of experience in order to grow. My intent is not to have anyone beholden to me, nor consider me the only one who offers guidance. I am one of many, yet is it appropriate for you to know that those of us who support you, and urge you on your journey, also expect you to learn as much as possible while there in that lifetime, so that you may emerge from it ready to join us, as equals. This is true for all of you evolutionary beings. I do not speak of Jan alone when I state this, for all of you have equal potential and ability.

Strive now to “see” differently. Take off the glasses that have become fogged over, and wipe away the dust from your eyes. Soften your gaze a little so that the world around you takes on a different look. In this state of slightly blurred awareness, may you begin to “see” the way that is available to you. For this type of seeing is not the seeing of eyes, but the seeing of your own energy in relationship to all other energy. You have the ability to see energy. This is what I point out as I continue to suggest that you retain awareness of The Rules of Life and Change as you go through your day. Continue to hone the skills of awareness; they will aid you. But reduce your seeing to a less sharp sight; blur it, and feel with your seeing eyes, rather than seek hardness of vision. In this manner may you begin to experience the world around you slightly differently.

This is an especially appropriate time to do this, as nature itself is in such a state of energetic awakening, quite vital, and pretty available. Observe, in quiet contemplation, all that is happening around you now in nature. Begin to feel the bursting forth of energy in your part of the world, and attempt to understand those Rules as pertaining to such energy.

In other parts of the world, where life is not at such a stage of bursting forth, is there still energy in nature to be observed, whether it be bedding down energy, or silently vital energy seeking sustenance as the world changes. So is it all energy of life itself.

Do not stress so much over my meanings, but seek instead your own experiences to guide you. For your own life is the one great teacher. I am merely an aid, a guide along the path. If you ask for help, I will give it. If you stumble along, and seem to need assistance or a push in the right direction, if deemed truly necessary, so will I push you or offer you a sign. But all of this help is needlessly wasted if you do not dare your self to experience life differently. So stay the course of growth. “See” it all around you. Hone your awareness skills; and remain focused, always, on the wonders that truly exist in your life, your world, and your potential world. Life is amazing! Don’t miss it!

Do you have a word or note of guidance today?

Dig out your truths, and stand with them firmly visible in your grasp today, for this is a day when you will want to utilize them. Do not allow old places to reach out for you, nor drag you into their sullen comforts, but strive now to march onward, taking your new path that leads you far away from that which has been your norm. Remember, you are different now. You are changing with the times that call for such drastic change, and you are a person of spirit, with intent for personal transformation and evolution. Remain steady upon this path, but even more so, wear the mantle of this spirit that you are, the cloak of an evolutionary being who is not afraid to turn up your collar and march onward, with your truths protecting you and guiding you. Where do you go now? Why, forward, of course, My Dears, always forward, wherever it may lead. Don’t worry, you are doing fine. You may need to turn your back on the unaccepting ones, but do not ever turn your face or your intent from your goal. Life is too exciting to be wasted, for even a second, wondering about others who seek only oblivion. Stay the course of growth, change, and inner spirit work, and you will do well.

Can you give us some guidance today?

Look forward now, not only to the change of season, but the new winds of energetic change as well. For now is the time of change and shift about to take place in a most notable fashion, for all to see and benefit from. Awareness must come into play now, and become your beacon, your light, and the place of focused return when you wander off on adventures upon that planet. Remind your self often to return to awareness. By doing so will you gain in understanding, in concentrated efforts, but mostly will your awareness offer you the seeds to truly trusting the gifts you are given.

This is a time of gifts, but the gifts that arrive, borne on such winds of change, may not be clearly understood. This is a time of complicated, yet complementary change. It will aid you greatly, this shift, subtle and unclear though it may be. Seek always a return to your own awareness, your current understanding of the self, with its familiar feel and clarity, but do not intend to stay there. Use your current awareness of the self as an anchor, a rock upon which you rest as you take adventures out into the waters of life, swimming forth to your resonant adventures, then back again to rest upon your rock of awareness. Trust this process, for it will aid you as you continue to grow, but still maintain awareness of your anchor. This will also aid you in remaining in balance, a foot in two worlds, so to speak.

This is a time of adventure, new growth, new opportunity, and the blossoming of new awareness. Do not waste this offering that is being presented, but dare the self to take advantage of the energy that comes to assist you in your work on the self. Watch the world around you begin to wake from its long winter slumber, and be guided by its show of unequal ability to regenerate, and live a new life, energetically rekindled, and freshly aware of all that is offered, as it soaks in the gifts that allow for growth.

This example is keenly presented each spring for all to see, and though it does spur a sense of wonder and awe at the profusion of energetic growth so does man often forget that he is but as simple an aspect of nature as the small weed upon the ground. Does that weed accept its gifts? Why yes, it does so, easily and readily, taking what nature offers, without doubt, or fear, or contemplation, but with full awareness that it is necessary. Man however often steps over what is freely offered, and thinks he can invent something far greater than what nature offers. Yet is there nothing grander! For everything that man attempts is but already found in the minutest molecules and particles, already present. To understand this is man’s greatest challenge, to allow nature to offer what it knows, to allow himself to trust that this is all that is necessary for life, and growth, evolutionary growth.

I do not mean that man should not continue to invent, or to test what he dreams about, but I do contend that he will find everything already present, though to truly see what lies before his eyes takes great awareness. To understand what truly matters in life also take great awareness, and this is the intent of these messages, to point out, again and again, what truly matters, what is to be trusted, noticed, utilized, and gained by living life upon that Earth.

So now, during this time of shift, and change, and growth, take the opportunity to feel the energy of this yearly event, this yearly awakening, and utilize the energy for your own growth of awareness. You too have the same energy that exists in nature inside your corpus humanus, vibrating, alive, and wishing to be recognized for what it truly is. It is energy! Don’t doubt it, and you will already have anchored your self to the perfect rock of awareness.

Swim out now into the sea of awareness, and see what else you can discover as you continue your adventure, taking advantage of all that is offered in nature as your guide. Oh, and pose this question to your self: What has happened to nature, now that man has invented so many things that do not abide by The Rules of Life and Change and Awareness. A shift to nature is more than necessary, or nature will be the one to shift mankind, in order to wake him up. Help the process in whatever way you think is appropriate, but have no doubt that an awakening is well underway. Be a part of it in the right way. Stick with nature. That’s my advice!

NOTE: Once again Jeanne refers to the 10 Rules of Life and the 10 Steps of Change, which I’ve already posted in the sidebar under Guidance. In 2005, I channeled A Guide to Awareness, which I know some of you have and which I intend to post on the website when I get a chance. This may be what she is referring to in today’s message as well. But I think she is just pointing out that we should be aware in general terms. Also as I am typing this up today the wind is howling around our house on the hill, and a bird has gotten caught in the vent pipe in the bathroom. I hear it struggling, and can just barely make out a wing when I look up through the fanlight. This happened once before, and when we tried to free it the bird flew back up the pipe and freed itself, so I am inclined to let it struggle and figure it out on its own. I guess the message is that the winds of change are indeed upon us, and we all have to figure out how to get out of that hole we are stuck in. So Good Luck, to all of you!

Do you have a message I can pass along to your readers to begin a new week?

Yes. I continue to request that practicality, in all matters, be the focus. Address your issues with pragmatism, and focus on getting the job done. For in the long run, is that the only means by which to truly evolve. Do you wish to remain stuck any longer? It takes effort on your part to execute The New Rules of Life and Change that I have been expressing. These rules of behavior and truth do not happen without your participation and energetic concentration. It is not easy to be a human being, but neither is it easy to be a spirit being. You have a choice though. Do you choose to remain a human being, or do you choose to fully embrace the other aspect of who you are, your energy side, and develop that?

It is not so unusual, that in spite of all that your spirit side offers, that many choose to remain human for many lifetimes more than is really necessary. To truly evolve beyond that Earth, and that encasement of human form, is the highest goal of all spirit energy forms. You are all comprised of spirit energy, and all have the potential to evolve into a very different kind of life, even while still present there, upon that Earth. Yet does it take considerable work in order to achieve such energy change. But first of all does it involve you challenging your self to accept the possibility that you can change, and then you must place your intent firmly upon such a path. A path of growth and focus on reaching spiritual awareness is available to each and every one of you.

Look outside of you for the signs and the help that is so readily available for you to begin to change. Trust that what is presented will not fail you, but continually lead you to your next lesson, but also your next sign of aid. Do not be discouraged, but remain always alert to what will come next to guide you on your way. For something will always appear to point you in the next direction, and offer you what you need.

If you are doing the work, I urge and encourage you to continue to stay the course. What is your next task? Whatever it is, trust that you will accomplish it because you are fully capable, and because all the help in the world is energetically available to you. If you are hemming and hawing about your big leap into truly doing the work on the self, maybe it is time to look at the aspect of the self that is holding you back. Is it fear? Is it the big baby? Is it the ego? Is it the past that holds you captive? Is it the untruths spoken by others that cannot release you? Is it underlying untruths that hold you captive? Now is the time, My Dears, to be brave and allow your self to experiment with the energy that is available for evolutionary growth and understanding.

So today, as you begin a new week, do I continue to push you to remain focused on your path. Allow your energy to guide you. Allow your own inner spirit to speak up with the first truth that must be addressed in order to pop you out of the hole you have stumbled into. Until you get your self out of that pothole, will you have some trouble with getting further along in your areas of growth and evolution. Look at all the possibilities before you, all the advantages, and all the most amazing experiences that you have yet to partake in. If you can only hoist your self up, and out of that place you have inhabited now for a little too long, then everything will change, as it should.

I offer a hand to you today, to all of you; to those I know, and those I don’t know. For I do know your energy, your spirit, and your evolutionary desire. It is not that far away from your grasp you know, neither my hand, nor your spirit. Just reach out, and offer your self the next step, the next shift, the next change, and you will get there. You will find my hand right there waiting for yours. And you’ll feel the warmth, and calm of my energy as we connect. Come on, I’m waiting.
