Be aware of what nurtures your body, mind and spirit and what only takes from you without reward. Taking care of the whole self begins with being aware of energy levels and how you are affected by the things you engage in. Sometimes your body alone will tell you if you are on the right track or not, if what you are determined to pursue is actually good and beneficial for you.
