How could it be otherwise? You already know that when you change something in your own life, you feel the impact immediately. You already have proven that being kind and loving reflects back upon you. You already know that when you are in a positive mood your world is totally different from when you are in a negative mood. You already know that when you ask for help from us in the spirit world, you are heard. You already know that great change takes great change. You are in the phase of that great change now, experiencing it every day.
