Use your imagination every day to reset your intent, to re-establish your idea of a changed self. Set yourself in an ideal situation, completely whole and perfect, with your imagined self in your vision, given whatever you feel is lacking now. Strengthen your vision of self with bright protective light so that nothing may disturb it, and so that you may feel guided and protected as you progress along your journey of change.
