Only you can change yourself, for only you know what needs changing. Only you know who you are and who you can be, and only you can connect with your spirit, the one who watches over you and waits for you to be aware. Lift your eyes inward and upward to this other self and ask for help. Let your heart speak words of innocence and ask for what you need. You will not be disappointed, for your spirit is you, the other you whom you so long for, who has never forgotten you but whom you have separated from in order to live your life. Return to this other self, this spirit self, and find the answers you seek. Love will answer you back, love will find you.
