What message do you have for us regarding the energy of today?

Find your equilibrium, your inner balance, and your outer balance, as you continue to hone your skills and pare down your external energy usage. Turn constantly inward as you renegotiate your stance upon that earth and rediscover your life’s meaning now, from this new place you inhabit. With new skills, new ideas to contemplate, and new insights regarding life’s journey are you now well prepared to continually progress on your evolutionary journey with greater focus.

Do not stop your forward motion in the direction of eternal growth. Do not allow that which is around you to distract you from this path. Even as you must be a member of that world, that planet, and that life you now lead, so must your focus remain inner contemplation, and eternal growth, for real progress to be made. Allow yourself this time now, this day, this hour, this minute to resort to calm, reasserting your balance as often as possible as you go about your day. Your inner state will determine your outer state. And this is how it should be, rather than the other way around. Do not allow the outer world to invade the privacy of your inner calm. Your inner sanctum must be your central place of balance, your core, from which you generate your energy. If you allow the outside energy to dictate your own energy usage and consumption then do you go off balance, overconsume, overuse, and generally make a mess of things. The outside energy is not your energy source. It is available as guide and as aid, but it is not your energy center. That center resides solely inside you. Do not look outside of you to gain new energy. Look only inside. And if you do not find what you need there? Then slow down your life and look deeply at why. The answers are all inside you. You do not have to go outward for answers.

The only thing you must now use the outside energy for is guidance. It will enable you to do the work of the self if you are aware that it is not meant for consumption, but only for external usage. Use it to aid you in the flow of life, the flow of your inner work, but do not allow it to become your flow. Allow it to carry you upon its back when you are certain that it heads in the right direction for you to take. And if it turns out that you made a mistake, then, by all means, bail out before you find yourself on a distant shore, too far from your calm center, and your own inner work, to easily return.

Return always to your calmness, your inner work, and when in doubt about how to proceed on your journey turn inward, and question, rather than outward. Inward reveals the answers; outward steals your attention away from the truth and carries you from your true mission in life.

Today, awareness of the self in all of that mess of energetic pull is mandatory, for with the great tangled web of energy seeking to catch you unaware and unalert are you ready prey. But your inner focus and inner questioning are your handiest tools. What does this signify for my life’s journey? Why am I being presented with this dilemma today? What does this attempt to steal my energy, in just this way, mean to me now?

Remain steadily balanced in the present moment, aware that your journey is one of constant growth and readjustment, and remain in calmness, no matter what approaches you, so that your focus on your inner truths will always be your guide.

Do you have a word of guidance for us today?

Resort to competent knowing of the self. Resort to surefire abilities, and rely on your deepest inner knowing and truth to guide you through the turbulent waters ahead. The eddies and swells do pull and push and seek to overturn your steady vessel. But do not allow such insistence to knock you from your perch as captain of your own little ship. Continually bring yourself back to calmness, and do not allow the struggles outside of you to disrupt your inner calm and your quiet resolve to stay focused upon your path.

Outside of you will there, undoubtedly, be the swirls of storm and much ambivalence. But do not allow this to misguide you. For this day, and for this time of teasing, must you remain deeply committed to your own competent knowing. You have within everything you need to guide you, to protect you, to feed you the perfect knowledge of how to proceed on your journey.

Resort to that, rather than anything outside you that will, without a doubt, seek your attention. This is good, solid advice for this day ahead of you, if I do say so myself. Be aware, beware, but stay focused on your calm competent knowing that you are the central character, the captain of your ship, and worth every attention you give to your inner journey!

Do you have any guidance for us all today?

Watch now, as you do your inner work, how things around you unfold, with your inner concentration protecting you from attachment where previously you had gotten caught. Notice your actions, reactions, and confrontations as different now. As your focus remains innerly, so does your outer world diffuse, become less distracting, less annoying, less as an obstruction as you flow more gracefully with the energy all around you.

I suggest strict adherence to your plans for inner growth now, during this time of energetic turmoil, or you will be forced into situations you are seeking to abandon now as you go on a new journey. Allow your inner focus to not only guide you, but protect you from areas of excess, fear, and distraction. Stay upon your path at all costs or you will have much catching up to do when the great shift takes place in the coming months.

The great shift refers to energy; powerful energetic shifting from this time of distraction, and undercurrents of old ways, to a new vital energy that you must be ready for as it has the power to carry you far if you are prepared for it. Your inner work will prepare you greatly for this shift to come, but until then does there remain the strong undercurrents of turmoil and distraction that seek to divert you from your path, hungry for whatever it can find to feed its insatiable appetite. To avoid wasting your own energy, to avoid being drawn from your path, and to avoid the lack of progress on your inner work must your concentration and focus be tightly honed and prioritized. Avoidance of old behaviors, turning inward to new habits of self study, and seeking of experiences of your own energy body are the better habits to focus on.

Allow outside energy to do what it will. It has nothing to do with you or your inner work at this time. It seeks distraction of your inner focus in order to feed its own focus, which is greed and consumption of all that is made available to it, without discernment or discrimination, just simple gluttonizing of energy. So don’t get caught by this great consumer who does not even taste your special brand of energy, not even noticing how tasty you are, but simply laps up all. Don’t waste your beautiful energy on such a glutton.

Instead, protect it; use it wisely for your self. And as you turn your back on the big gluttonous feeders, so will they pass you by, for they will not notice you if you stay protected on your inner work. It is up to you. Do you offer up your scent, your secret hiding place where your energy is stored and growing, revealing that you exist? Or do you close the door and remain warm, safe, and protected from the big noses that come sniffing, looking for whatever is available? Don’t open your door to such a monster! Be sensible, be balanced, be calm in your inner work, but do not get drawn outward. That time will come shortly when this energy of turmoil has wreaked its havoc and moved on, then will there appear the energy of focused change, much more compatible with the inner spirit.

For now, allow the outer forces to go on their way, passing you by, as you remain happy and contented as you work for your own growth, so that your future in the world may be settled and ready for bigger adventures of spirit and of your own, known, energetic spirit energy, merging with the universal power of change.

Today we have some follow-up questions to yesterday’s long message. How did the reconciliation between you and your birth mother take place? We understand that your mother was reconciling a past life with this new child, but what was your role? You have referenced this incident once or twice in the past, but it isn’t clear what you did specifically.

I became the energetic force that allowed not only conception to occur, but I also remained in the body in symbiotic harmony, issuing forth my own energy in acknowledgment of a former, past, relationship, but also receiving acknowledgment in return. Our energetic relationship reached a maturity that had not previously occurred. This woman, who in previous existence, had been my birth mother, the mother of Jeanne Marie Ketchel, was now given the fulfillment of a birthing process that involved complete knowledge, from conception to birth, that this child inside her was someone she had missed in a previous life. Her own record was revealed to her, and her purpose in this life clearly stated, that it was her role to bear this child, and it was with clarity that it was a fulfillment of a past life.

Did you show yourself to her in some way?

In energetic form did I not only appear, but also enter that body and engage in the nurturance of the process, for this was my own reconciliation, to engage in the growing process, with full clarity on my part, that this life, growing inside that mother, was my own past life experience, necessary for my own completion, to know fully the meaning of love, mother love, even though I would soon abandon her, remove my energetic force, and move on into my own energetic journey.

But how did you “energetically” accomplish this?

My energy, and the energy of all of you, is fully capable of doing what it needs to do or what it wants to do. We are all capable of using our energy to do what must seem to be the impossible. But, as you know, I am fond of saying that, everything is possible, and this is truly so.

In pure energy state was I able to complete the business of my life as Jeanne Marie Ketchel on the earth plane. This is what I mean by straddling two worlds, using my energy specifically in this earth plane, though I am physically gone from it. I used it greatly in this manner in the first few years since my removal from that physical plane. This is not unusual, nor is it any great feat. It is simply available, as one has become pure energy.

As pure energy is it possible to learn, very quickly, to enter into physical reality as you know it, by increasing and decreasing energetic vibration so that there may be possibilities to influence those who need our assistance. In this manner did I influence many, but in the case of this woman giving birth did I give knowledge, love, compassion, and full ability to complete her term of pregnancy, in spite of dire circumstances. Her knowing of purpose was so great that, at all costs, was that child going to be born safely, and with her full awareness and attendance. As I said, my role was as energetic accompanist. Our reconciliation came in remembrance of our past inception and energetic process together, in our past life, when I was born as Jeanne Marie Zito, a foundling, and she was swept away from me, and I from her, without possibility of connection. But that was our life to ponder and figure out, though it kept us both greatly needy, and shortened our existence there as we sought reconnection and fulfillment.

There is great need of connection, of fulfillment of past life connections on that physical plane. I stress this because all must know, that those in your nearness have been there often in your past, and your knowing of others in intimacy is interconnected to the greater meaning of your life. Do not dismiss those in your life too easily. All have meaning, and all must be reconciled with in some fashion. My own past lives have now been completed. I stayed with that mother in energetic form, enabling her to proceed on her journey, through the entire pregnancy and birth, and prepared the way for a safe delivery, knowing that it was completed, settled, bonded, and then safely escorted them on their way. Then, with full knowledge on all our parts, did I leave them, knowing that we had done our life together, the only one that mattered, and though it was fairly brief, in the grand scheme of things, so was it enough.

Do you still work energetically on this plane in such a personal manner?

I work now on many planes. I have graduated you know! As I accomplish my tasks in life I proceed on my journey to higher and higher fulfillment of my evolutionary journey. Life does not end, and yet forms of life end. But as pure energy, does life never end. Now I use my energy in many ways to gain access. To those of you who most need assistance do I appear as I must, and in this fashion now, passing along my words, do I attempt to reach as many as possible. But this manner is also being used by many. We are a great gathering of energy that seeks connection in this manner, even as other groups seek it in other ways.

Do not become too obsessed by what I am doing at this time, though I know it is of great value for the future of all. But, this you will discover and truly acknowledge as truth only as you do your own work, and have your own experiences of energetic connection. You must find, by doing your inner work, your own energy body, and then will you better understand what I speak of. For this energy work that I do, so can you also do it, and you don’t have to be dead, or leave that physical plane that is now your dwelling place. I speak of energy, because that is the force that connects everything, all of us, and all of you, and in the “real world” is there nothing that can get in the way of it.

In your world, are there yet many walls, barriers that exist in the human mind, the human concept of self and of life being the greatest. But we seek to disrupt the old ideas of the self now, with new ideas for you to ponder. Good luck now, as you take your journey a little bit further down your path. Seek to know and understand your own energy, so that your experiences and knowledge may coincide, and your concept of energetic life become known to you.

Do you have guidance for us all today? Your messages are helping many as they figure out their lives, who they are, why they are here, and where they are going.

I speak often in metaphorical terms, but this does not mean I am not connected to the realities of life on earth. I too was a recent inhabitant of that plane, and I too had many personal issues to struggle with. I was not perfect in either my habits or my convictions, yet did I always strive to stay focused on my own path of growth. I had many helpers along the way. I was guided by the good spirits in many friends and my loved one, Chuck. But ultimately, was it up to me to make my journey alone, as it is for all. I had many choices to make that no one else could make for me, and I had not much time to fulfill my earthly presence. All in all, my greatest challenge did not come in that life, but in the moment of leaving, when I had to make the choice to work even harder in order to proceed on my journey into this reality I now exist in, rather than slip back into old habits, the ultimate old habits of return to earth life, and the repetition of unfinished business there.

I accepted a new challenge, procured a place on the evolutionary track because of much work I had done while still alive. Although I had a fierce battle with breast cancer, that was not my greatest battle upon that earth as many would like to think. Do not put me in such a category. My greatest battle was not with disease, but with the inner me. I fought my greatest battle inside, in my inner work, that was a life long task stretching over all the decades of my life there.

Resolution of inner turmoil is the greatest task to tackle and to finalize, with firmness, conviction, and a totality of completion that surpasses even the strictest of regimens. There are no rules regarding this inner battle, except that you meet it head on. Rules must go out the window if you are to allow yourself access to your deepest hidden truths. Rules are made for your outer world and living your outer life. But if you apply those same rules of propriety and concern to your inner world, you will succeed only in blocking access to your truths.

Be forthright and courageous as you go innerly to do battle with ancient foes. Your kindness to the self will only get in the way if you allow for the rules of the outer world to inflict their presence in your inner world, disrupting progress. Your inner you does battle with you all the time, and perhaps you don’t even know this. It is your toughest opponent, and your greatest challenger.

Your inner you presents you with everything you need in order to work on the true problem areas in your life. Your outer world only reflects these inner problems, even as in my own life. My cancer, which battered my body, was only alerting me to the fact that deeply embedded was another, ancient, cancer that I refused to tackle; the issue of abandonment at birth from my birth mother. This issue controlled my life, though it took me many years to realize that it was the one and only issue that challenged me and that I needed to battle. Battle, not by fighting, but by acquiescing to the task of discovering what it really meant to me in my life.

My attempts were thwarted, and in my firm control over my fears, and in my determined personality to regulate so much of my life there, did I never succeed in finding my way to clarity for that Jeanne Marie Ketchel. She was a tough cookie!

It was not until my death, as I left one world and entered the next, at that moment of culmination and rebirth, that I finally allowed, not only release, but clarity and acceptance of that quickly passing life to guide me to my next. My awareness was keen, my path lay wide open before me, and I knew release and departure from the past were my only future. I chose not only release, but also reconciliation, and remained half in one world and half in another, balanced, perfectly straddling two worlds in order to accomplish my unfinished business, the issue not only of abandonment, but of reconciliation and completion of that task, that lifetime, so that I could move on.

How? What did you do in order to complete it?

I found that mother I had so often longed to meet, in another life upon that earth, completing again her task, her own task of fulfillment with a new child, yet unborn, that was now her destiny to raise and love and care for as she was both unable to accomplish with me in my lifetime, and also unavailable to do in many ways when I was born as her child. There were no regrets at accomplishing this task of completion, just awareness on both our parts that this baby inside her was the most meaningful aspect of a lifetime of struggle with earth’s realities. I accomplished it in my own newly discovered state of complete awareness, of joyous escape from the harsh burden of a human body after long physical battles, and a new found experience of joyous compassion and love.

There exists a child now upon that earth, residing in joyous love and compassion, not me at all, but granted to a woman who once, in another lifetime, was denied the act of mothering, of giving, of loving her own offspring, without the struggle of rejection, though the circumstances of their life together would not necessarily make that easy.

Where do they live?

They live in the ancient land that was Cambodia, but now goes under another name, split off from its mother territory. This child will never split off from her mother territory, from her bond, for it is strong and true, and completely known to both of them. A reconciliation of two lifetimes was my own appointed task in order for me to move on to the world I now inhabit.

What is that world like?

In observance is it like any world you might live in there on earth, yet is there greater clarity, and awareness of all things. I have chosen this world. Do you understand that? This is my choice, though it is not the choice that all make. There are many choices, and many worlds. The ultimate task is to know, at the moment of clear understanding, while straddling two worlds, what your choices are, and to choose wisely, based on what you remember from your past, and what you see in your future. And to know that all life requires awareness, work, and continued growth of spirit.

But now, I reside in energetic reality without the need of human form, and that allows for an exuberance of spirit that is not present upon that heavy plane of earth where time and the constraints of man weigh heavily upon the spirit that seeks renewal and progress. To remain upon the spirit driven path, to live a life confronted by the desires of your spirit will allow you much clarity and decision-making ability, such as I experienced. To remain in your most difficult inner work center, taking upon you the tasks that matter the most for your evolutionary growth, are the focuses I advise if you are to awaken your inner spirit and do the work it asks.

In conclusion today, I request that you not become fearful or overly certain of yourself, either your human self or your spirit self, but that you work hard at merging your two selves in that work, and gain clarity now, that same clarity that I faced as I left that world. Let it be known, that such clarity is achievable now in that lifetime, and that is what I seek to teach you. Do your inner work, live your outer life to the fullest, but do so with balanced, conscious awareness that you are on a path of mergence, of body and spirit, of outer world and inner world, of this life and the next, seeking not only clarity, but fulfillment as well.
