Keep your intentions doable, incrementally teaching yourself how to remain firmly upon your path by challenging the self one step at a time. Begin small, and slowly increase the challenges. Accept success in small steps. Soon enough you will be making giant leaps. Make an agreement with the self that is doable, and begin the changes you seek, one small step at a time.
