Bring nature within into harmony with nature without. The sun, the moon, and the stars show steadiness, consistency, and trustworthiness. The wind and water reflect fluidity, gentleness, surety, and strength. The earth is groundedness, balance, and nurturance. Fire is the energy that fuels the passions and desires. And yet any one of these things by itself is too one-sided. For life to exist all must be in harmony.

So is it with all of life, it must be in harmony with all else. And so must all human beings be in harmony with all else, but especially with each other. There is too much to lose in remaining isolated and distant from life.

All elements seek each other. Such is the law of gravity, but also the law of energy as it flows in the universe. It does not know it exists except that it finds another source of energy resonant with its own and then it comes to know itself.

Know your own energy self more fully by seeking resonant stations of engagement. There will you find your harmony, within and without.

Strange winds may come, bringing songs of change, shifting air, leaves, earth, water, testing and revealing that which must be faced at a deeper level. Is it not the meaning of life to gain knowledge? And is it not the meaning of life to learn about the self? Why else do you exist?

Find your balance and stand firm in the winds of change. Be open to the songs the winds may bring. And don’t forget to embrace those winds as life force, energy coming to wake you up with their songs of change.

Sing your own song, loud and clear. Sing your heart out to the tune of your own spirit’s song, today and everyday, and the winds will sing with you and guide you on your way.

How powerful words are! Watch the nomenclature you use, how you name and define yourself and things about yourself, how you label and quality who you are. Do you give yourself limiting labels that hold you back? Do you give yourself names that keep you stuck? Do you tend to place yourself in categories that are not necessarily accurate?

How you see yourself is as important as how you think others see you, but most important of all is the truth. Are you being honest with yourself? Can you face the truth; good or bad, positive or negative? Are you too demeaning or too inflating? Maybe you’ve been avoiding the truth by saying things that are not accurate about the self.

Think before you think! Especially in what you think about the self. It’s time to turn the tides of thought in a new direction. And what you think has power, but you also have more power than you think over what you think. Change your thinking, change yourself!

Look into another’s eyes and learn something about the self. Look into your own eyes, for they too reflect what all others reflect. Reflected back find that which you must struggle with, for all beings are alike in what they fear and what they desire. What greater goal is there than making the ultimate journey to complete revelation and understanding within, taking to heart what you see in those eyes? If you want something, anything, the first step begins with the self. It’s really that simple. Reflect on that!

What is forgiveness but a reconciliation with the deeper self. For to go through life full of blame and resentment holds you in a pattern of negativity and defeat, clutched by old ideas, tendencies, and unforgivable actions. The deeper self always seeks reconciliation. It asks the question, not can you forgive another, but can you forgive yourself?
