There are many ways of living, many paths to take, many choices to make as one does life, but the one true path is the one where the heart says, “Yes, this is the one.” But even the heart can change its mind. Even the heart may decide that a new path is needed. In fact, it is often the heart that is the one that says, “It’s time to change.” And so it is good to listen to what the heart has to say. Don’t be afraid or surprised if it says something unexpected, but always remember, the heart knows what the head often refuses to know: the real deal, the undeniable truth.

Don’t forget to breathe! Find calmness in your own breath. Find balance within your own body in your own breath, for the breath is the healer you will not find elsewhere, the giver of life and health, with the capacity to enter wherever it pleases. With intent use your breath for healing, anchoring, and restoration of inner peace and calmness. It is your life force, a most powerful natural ally and healer. And it’s totally free! Use it as freely as it is given. Breathe!

It’s never too late to make a change, for the spirit does not succumb to the same frailties as the body but remains always vigorous and ready for anything. Even when the stubborn body refuses to move the spirit is ready and willing. You just have to take the first step. No other guide truly knows you and what you need, but your spirit sure does. It’s just waiting for your call!

There are no magic cures. There are, however, many good and nurturing paths to take and many magical moments to experience as one takes the journey through life, facing what must be encountered. In the end, however, a path is only a direction and there are many from which to choose. But it is what one decides to take along, what one decides to leave behind, and with what attitude one decides to take the journey that count. It’s never too late to drop a burden or pick up something new. And it’s never too late to change an attitude!
