Find that place of centering, calming, patient waiting within you, that place that nurtures and sustains through times of turmoil. You have it within you at all times. It never goes away, for it is your Eternal Self, who resides always with you as you go through life. Though you may feel its lack, that is only because your ego personality is taking the upper hand, with its striving, thinking, planning and competitiveness. Instead, let your Eternal Self gently guide you through the day and see what happens. You might notice a marked difference in just about everything.
