Return to your inner space whenever you feel the need, even if only for a minute or two. Take a gentle breath or two to calm you down. Close your eyes, let your mind chatter cease, and go quiet inside. From this momentary place of quietness ask for the guidance you seek. If you don’t get an answer, immediately be assured that it will come at some point in your day. Look back at the end of the day and let your experiences of the day show you just how heart-centered and heart-focused you stayed as you kept your mind’s eye on the anticipation of help to come.
