Let your body lead you more often rather than your thoughts. Thoughts have a tendency to override the body and its natural tendencies. Habits become rulers. A decision to break a habit entails new thoughts and new actions; a decision to think and act differently. Ask your body what it needs from you. Give it time to tell you what it wants without the overarching habits and usual thoughts. It might actually surprise you with its answer.
