Begin each day with a nod to the divine within the self, the spirit self that resides within. Ask it to guide and protect you, to show you the way, to help you make decisions that are conducive to personal growth and for the greater good. Ask for the kind of wisdom that will allow you to be helpful to others while simultaneously allowing you to be receptive and open-hearted throughout the day.
