Stay grounded in what is right. Though you may be pulled to listen to opinions that you know are not centered in the heart stay rooted in moral ground that is nurturing, caring and considerate of others. Be and act as you wish to be treated. Ground yourself in loving kindness and your light of love will shine brightly. Stay on a path of heart and compassion no matter what is happening outside of you.
