Sometimes change is as easy to accept as a new hat, a new identity, a new way of thinking, being, and doing, a new way of seeing the self and being seen. In a new hat one becomes a new person. Is it time for a new hat? A ritual time of transition is on the horizon. It may be the perfect time to make a switch, to take on a new you, to become who you truly are at heart. A new hat anyone?

Try to remain heart centered and kind though the world may appear cruel and heartless. Mother Earth gives yet also takes, yet her bounty still exists, her wholeness remains intact. Even within the self there may be anger and discontent, yet it is possible to still be a loving being. When turmoil arises remember that life and death, light and dark, exist simultaneously, holding each other accountable and to certain standards. When one goes too far the other corrects, restoring balance. And that is the key to continuation, maintaining balance. And heart centered kindness adds a greatly needed touch that only a human can provide, and that is something called love.

The light of the full moon, the Truth Teller, reveals things that even the light of day cannot pick out. Pay attention and remember what you learn, especially about the self. Are you ready to know what the Truth Teller has to say? It may be just the thing you need, what you’ve been waiting for, something to spark the next leg of your journey. For that’s what it’s all about, the journey and what you learn each step of the way. And there’s always something to learn when the Truth Teller comes!

Don’t forget to look for the golden nuggets of insight, wisdom, and guidance that lie along your path through life. At every turn there is something to learn. It might not be what you expect. It might not be what you want either, but it will be what you need. Though they may come in unusual form, such golden nuggets are crucial to navigating life, for they are the much needed sparks that light the way and show you the next step on your journey. You don’t have to look that hard. They are there every day in the most usual circumstances and normal experiences. It’s just how you decide to view and interpret them that reveals them as golden nuggets and not just ordinary clumps of dirt. That unturned stone you keep passing might actually be the golden nugget you need!
