Be open with self and other and your spirit will thank you, your body will thank you, and your mind will thank you. Engage in openness inside and out.

Today is like yesterday in that choices in how to use the energy within and that which comes from without must be decided. Your decisions are not final but they are important, for they will lead you forward or keep you from realizing your full potential. Remember that it is darkest before dawn. Hold still in the dark as you wait for the light. Know it will come. All things will then be revealed. All that is will be clearly shown for what it is.
