Good or bad, light or dark, that which you refuse will always find you. What you ignore will one day come knocking, asking you to take care of it. Sooner or later, that which you choose to bury will dig itself up and come after you. That which you fear will appear and have to be dealt with in the end. If you do not take care of the things that life drops in your lap now, you will have to come back and do it all again, with the same things needing to be faced. How many times do you want to do it? Some would say that it’s “now or never.” How about you? What do you choose? Now? Or in another life?

Like attracts like. Watch where you put your energy and what you attach to. Hungry herds roam day and night looking for food—herds of worry, negative thoughts, bad company, useless friends of woe. Watch who you decide to cosy up to. You might end up with the wrong crowd. Keep it simple, mind free, heart open. Be a being of light and love no matter the situation you find yourself in. The hungry herds will go elsewhere and you will be able to roam freely, light and love guiding your way. Light attracts light, but the opposite is also true. Choose wisely what you attract to yourself.

Engineering change in your life takes perseverance. Without it little advancement will happen. Slip ups and returns to old states will constantly occur anyway, but without perseverance they will swamp the good work of change. Your soul will cry out, over and over again, in so many different ways, alerting you to your lack of adherence to the plans you both made to be someone different, to seek something new, to change once and for all.

Your soul knows what perseverance is and it’s ready to commit to the changing journey. Are you? Perseverance never hurt anyone. It just makes the journey that much more interesting and your soul is certainly interested in that kind of journey. Aren’t you?

Between this day’s sunrise and sunset what will you do for yourself? What will you look for? What do you want? What do you need today? Make this day extraordinary. For you are extraordinary.
