Seek change. Begin where you are. Work with what you’ve got. A measure of acceptance is a necessary part of navigating the world, but don’t intend to stay there. Life itself seeks newness, expansion, nurturance and sustenance. Like a tree, put down roots that you may find anchoring in the realities of life and yet spread your branches to the heavens that you may also find what else there is waiting for you in the mysteries of life. For a life lived fully rooted and yet fully explored is a good and fulfilling life indeed!

Like stormy weather suffering brings new life, for the sun will shine again. After winter comes the spring, after sleep comes waking life, after a high comes a low, after loss comes renewal. This is how the wheel of life spins, always correcting, replenishing, and bringing new energy into play, looking for opportunities, offering change. Like a new day, something is always on the horizon ready to be engaged in life. Even today something seeks recognition and participation. What is it? Something is calling. Do you hear?

Thoughts create. How you think of yourself and your life creates your life and your world. How you perceive directly impacts you and your life. Life and death are equal parts good and bad, happy and sad, angel and devil, empty and full, light and dark. You can’t have one without the other, but in the light you can see and in the dark it is hard to see at all, though sometimes the light is as blinding as the dark and the dark as brilliant as the light. It all depends on how you decide to see it. Life, it’s all about now and how you want it to be. You are the creator and the destroyer, the giver and the taker, the challenge and the gift. It’s all about you and your grand creation, your own life!
