Do not grow angry or sad when the truth dawns. Do not harbor guilt or shame. Do not blame or regret, but take it with a measure of grace. Remind yourself that knowing the truth is far better than harboring illusions. Life is already full of too many illusions!
Look upon the truth revealed as your saving grace, for if used properly it will bring you the change you so desire, even the change you dare not whisper, that which you know is the deeper truth. One truth at a time is enough! Face it with the dignity you deserve, and then let each new truth be revealed and dealt with in the same honest and honorable manner. Eventually your life of illusions will be cleared, your path with heart equally cleared, and your journey one of bliss and joy. And isn’t that what you seek?
