Be kind, especially to those you don’t know. Smile more often. Your smile will cast light into someone else’s eyes and they will smile too, for smiles are contagious. Look not for anything in return when you are kind and smile. Look only to be fully present in the moment and to give a little kindness and light. Love and joy may happen to come back at you and that’s a nice energy to have around, for that is what the light carries, love and joy. Spread some around today.
