What is your addiction? For all human beings are addicted to something, not necessarily substances or things that go into the body but other equally devastating and controlling attitudes such as guilt, shame, denial; things like fear, hopelessness, and depression; things like perfection, intelligence, and superiority.
Study the self closely today and know that you are as you are, a humble being like all others, trying to figure it out. Ask the universe for help, in all humbleness, but find a way to help yourself too. For each day offers a new perspective, a new direction, a new inner attitude.
