Dear Jeanne,
What kind of guidance do you have to offer us today? I’m leaving it open to you, not asking for you to accommodate my laziness, or anything else.

Prioritize your issues in all aspects of your life. Determine now, while the energy is supportive and good, what is most important to accomplish, and what is most meaningful to pursue. As the energy does continue in this time of good, allow your process now to remain positive and open to growth.

As I have spoken of now quite often, so is it of utmost importance that you allow for new things to happen by acquiescing to the possibilities that life presents to you. Remain cognizant of possibility at all times, and do not get drawn back into that which seeks to captivate you or adhere to your energy. With positive outlook, and energetic emergence within the self, pursue your intentions now more forcefully.

I encourage now a most boostful spirit, in the direction you are choosing to evolve. Develop your new habits, your new intentions; and allow your inner spirit self, that passionate aspect firing up in you, to take over now more fully. Allow the flames of this desiring spirit self to fuel your progress. It is truly time to spur onward now, knowing that you are energetically supported if your choice is meaningful and growth-oriented. Of course, I speak of spirit driven enterprises now, and not those driven by the ego, or the old desires of the body. Of course, the ego and the body are important members of your make-up, but they are not supposed to be driving your vehicle now through this energetic phase. This is an energy that is spirit supported, and the intent for growth will have most astounding results if it is focused on new emerging spirit development.

So center your energy, and your intentions for evolution, now on the spirit self, the inner desires of the self. And yes, those desires may very much be desires that involve the world outside of you. But your success in making a leap now will have successful outcomes if you are truthfully following the desires and the knowledge that your spirit speaks. If you are trying to use the energy for purposes that the ego has set up, will your success not be as great.

Temper the ego now. Quiet it down, and get to a place of calm inner centeredness. Let your spirit do the talking, and really listen to what it says. If it asks you to be a daring, spirit driven enterprising new person, then is the energy present to support this. If however, you can’t quite quiet the ego that wants, wants, wants purely for its own greedy self, and you know this, then is it a good idea to let the ego get all steamed up about its grand scheme, and then slowly deflate, letting the hot air slowly leak out. Once that puffed up ego has lost its inflation, and your inner self allows the truth to be heard, can you simply stand there a while and realize that, no, that ego stuff is not what my spirit truly wants, desires, and needs. My spirit is not greedy for things of the world. It doesn’t need to be satiated in that way. It does however, need a spiritual path, one that involves the world, but only in such a way as to feed it the right kind of energy that will allow it to become the driver of my vehicle.

Once your spirit self is in the driver’s seat, be daring. Turn down roads you have passed many times before but always wanted to investigate. Allow your self to take a ride in the car driven by your spirit self, that trusting, adventurous, compassionate, and loving inner you who is aware of the ego in the back seat, but also daring enough to ask it to buckle up, sit quietly, and allow you to do the driving now. If it screams out, or wants to leap up to the front and grab the wheel, don’t let it, for it will simply take you back to where it is familiar, and where the routes are the same, with nothing new to offer.

Keep your focus on new outlooks, new adventures, and new growth. The energy is supportive of this “spirit possession”, the inner spirit that is! The old ego possession just needs to be deflated, and strapped down, so you can make some real progress. Once you allow the real inner spirit self to emerge, and take over the steering wheel, will you discover that your entire world will change. One day you will be driving along and you will look around you and notice that your life is different now, and the world looks different too. And then the ego will acquiesce, and know that it too is safe with you in the driver’s seat, and it will be happy to stay where it is, calmly riding along in your spirit driven vehicle.

I have much more to say about this topic, but that is enough for today. Engage the positive-powered energy. Fuel your vehicle with it, and tend your inner fire most carefully now. Allow it to burn warmly and brightly within, so that you may be prepared to drive onward, knowing that you are strongly certain that you can accomplish your spirit driven tasks, and you can also handle the big ego’s attempts to sabotage your growth. Fill them up with all you need: your positive intent, your trust in your self, and your awareness of all that is supporting you, both the energy, and all the guidance in the universe. Thank you for the very short message yesterday. I didn’t want to type a long one, (I was feeling lazy!) so I specifically asked for “a word.” It took me a bit of time to understand what it meant for myself. I hope others discovered its meaning in their own lives. I feel like you were challenging us to do some processing.

You got what you asked for, Jan, but at the same time did I attempt to trouble you with my term, an attempt to confuse you, so you would have to do some inner work.

I had to look it up in the dictionary.

Well, that’s one way to go about it, but then you have to determine what it means to you. As with all of my messages is it most necessary to turn inward, and that is what yesterday’s brief but incendiary word was meant to do, start your inner fire, your desire to grow, and to discover what your inner passion truly is.

Okay, so for me it was about inner conflict and getting past it to a place of calm intent.

That is only one aspect of the challenge. Then to discover the fire within is the other aspect. This is what all must discover and reckon with, for the fire within, the passion of the spirit is waiting to be fed and brought to life. And yes, this fire, once fueled, will bring conflict, especially to those who fight against it, seeking to stay in a place of familiarity, rather than go with the unfamiliar, exciting and fulfilling though it may be.

So, do not disregard the flames of spirit within, for this is what a seeking life is discovering, uncovering, and feeding, so that it may flare up and burn down the old facades, so that new life, full of passion and desire, may take over. Then once the old has been razed, will the fire within settle down to a warm glow, and nestle in to a balanced and steady source of inner spirit life.

Intent will then become more focused, more contented, and more able to be utilized. You Travelers, who have been reading my messages, must continually challenge your selves. Yes, I know that you may read a message one day and “get it,” but then by the next day you’ve perhaps forgotten it, or jump eagerly for the next message. But realize that I have been seeking to teach you, day by day, a new way of living, and a new way of seeking. Many of you will see that there has been a progressive and cumulative process going on here that seeks to teach you how to take over your own practice of growth. I can only offer techniques, ideas, guidance, and perhaps a few unusual perspectives, but it is fully up to you to take on the challenge of really using what you are learning in your own life.

So, my short statement of yesterday, thanks to Jan, did seek to incite a little fire within. Did you wonder what I was trying to say? Well, in reality, I was offering you the opportunity to take over for a day. You already know what questions to ask. You know how to use your energy for growth and intent that is meaningful and good. And you already know that I expect you to work hard, and to always go innerly with your questing, no matter what is happening outside of you.

Today you might like to continue the process of conflagration within. That is up to you. But I push you always to grow, and to consider your place in that world, and what the meaning of you, and your life is now. So, that is where I leave you now. What is the meaning of you, and your life, in the context of conflagration as a term of growth?

Study your inner self for the answer. You may have concluded something yesterday, but don’t stop there. Keep going until you discover what the fire within is intended for in your life. And then allow it to do what it must in order to release and allow your passionate spirit to take over. You may be surprised at what you discover about your self and your true passions.

Can you offer a word of guidance for today?

Do not be offended by my simple reply to your question. The word for today is: conflagration. Figure it out.

Dear Jeanne,
A new week is beginning. Do you have a message to pass along to humanity today?

As you acquiesce to the inner spirit and listen more closely to the words of the true inner voice, so begin also to acquiesce to the idea of the possibility of all things. If you can allow your self to open up to this idea, so do you open the door to having experiences on a new level of awareness. With intent focused on good and the possibility of connection, do you align your self with a new way of living.

As I have mentioned often now, is it time for a great shift to take place. The opportunity to engage in this shift is offered again and again. As awareness grows, so will your alertness to such energetic possibility become more honed. But still must you, your self, allow for your own shift to happen in order to fully engage the energy that is available to boost you on your way.

That boosting energy is now available again. There is no greater leap that you can take now than the leap into the inner self, allowing for your daring to lead you in to acceptance of your own quiet inner voice of truth and knowing. As you open the door to this inner spirit self, do so with a new awareness of the possibility of all things, and the openness to acceptance of reception of this good energy. Do not just open the door, but also invite this good, and vibrant, and evolutionary energy in to your life. As you invite it in, do so with total acceptance of its power to shift you to a new way of living and seeing the world around you. Allow your focus to become oriented to becoming more open to the positive possibilities, and less focused on all that is wrong in your life and in the world.

If you shift your inner voice to the voice of positive intent do you shift the possibility of experiencing life differently too. Keep aligning your self throughout your day with your inner desire for positive growth and change. Send your questing spirit desires out into the universe, asking for signs and gifts of growth that are positive and good. Leave negative thoughts and habits by the wayside now as you more fully embrace the notion that you are your own agent of change. No one else can change your life, except you. Others may gladly aid you, or wish you well, but it is up to you to choose to take the leap and then determine how you will go about allowing your decision to happen.

That is what you must conclude, My Dears, that once you make the decision to pursue a new avenue, a shift to opening the doors to real spiritual change, must you be prepared to allow your self to remain open and available to this change, in a most positive way, focused on good, on openness, and on listening to the inner voice of right knowing.

With positive daring will come new awareness. As you leave behind your old negative thoughts and ideas about the self and others, so do you open up to the positive, and the good advice being offered. Many signs will be available to guide you on your way simply because you have opened your eyes, removed the old dark glasses, and swept aside the veils of past habits and judgments, and opened your self to enjoying this inner spirit self in the real world. Once you commit to this, do you open many doors to experiencing what is truly right in front of your eyes, but only when you are ready to see it.

This is a process that takes practice, and the ability to trust what you receive. But once you begin to desire life’s experiences to shift to greater awareness, and once you open the door to positive energy, so will you be offered many signs to lead you on your way. It does take work on the inner self in order to free you of the burdens of your past that you carry around with you, weighing you down so heavily. But you are already aware of those burdens, aren’t you? You are already doing the work of discovering what they really are. Picking through them, looking at them, seeing them in the light of truth and reality, and then leaving them behind so you can journey on lighter, relieved of all those old things that steal your energy. As you release them so will you gain back the energy they have been siphoning off you all these years. And you will feel not only much lighter, but much more energized, in a positive spirit-oriented direction, especially if you allow your focus to shift in this direction.

Your spirit is eager to reclaim that energy that has been locked up for so long, going stale in your old suitcases, and knapsacks, and trunks, stored away with the troubled past that you seek to keep locked up and unresolved. But that is not what a spirit-seeking self is supposed to do. A spirit-seeking self is supposed to open all those old carry-on bags, and really look at what you have been packing away in them all these years, and realize that it is not necessary, nor desirable, to carry all those old things around any longer. It is not evolutionary to stay strapped down by all that old stuff.

The energy of now does invite change and growth of the spirit-seeking self, and I invite you to take the leap in this direction too. I am available at all times, simply for the asking; and if your questing is legitimate and necessary for your growth, so will you receive what you need. If your questing is for signs to lead you on your way, or for aid in finding your inner self, so will you not be disappointed. But remember, what you receive may not be as you expect, nor may it be clearly acceptable or noticed as a gift. Gifts come in many ways. So that is why awareness is necessary as an accompaniment to your journey.

Be open, be available to take a journey now that will offer real shift, real growth, and the opportunity to more firmly assert your self upon this path of spirit. You are aided, guided, and offered the opportunity for this shift every step of the way. Allow your self to acknowledge the possibility of such an idea, and then get ready to be aware so you don’t miss the signs in your life showing you the way.

Here is your first sign: I love and respect you for the journey you take. You are protected and watched over by me and my companion group who do seek connection with you. Can you begin to allow this idea to become a reality in your life? I, Jeanne Marie Ketchel, offer my hand to you. I offer my experiences. I offer my own process as a guide. You will find a way if you decide to take a leap. You will be guided if you are aware and if you decide to trust the guidance you are given. And you will succeed in growing. For that is the ultimate reason to seek change, in order to grow as you take your very own individual journey of heart, and of spirit. Don’t be afraid. I am right beside you. Don’t you feel me?

Do you have guidance for us today?

Yes, of course I do! Now is a time to remain in vigilant awareness, as I said. Yet is it also a time to leap forward now, as the energy has shifted and rolled into a new phase. This time ahead is ebullient, with good energy, ready for the taking and the asking, if you so choose, and if you dare to participate in it.

I do not advocate blindly leaping forward, as you well know, but I do advise making a concerted effort to continue your forward growth, staying not only on your path, but making some big changes now. These times of supportive change come up again and again; and if you decided to stay a safer course last time this energy appeared, so do you now have a new chance to engage it differently. But, as always, engage this bubbly, exciting, and forward thrusting energy with calm, steady pragmatism, keeping your self moving in a direction that makes sense for you, but also offers you something new. Of course, whatever that something new is, must it resonate deeply with your inner spirit, for that is the journey you are on, a journey of spirit. Do not harbor fears now, but acquiesce a little bit each day to the desires of your spirit for growth.

Look outside of you for reciprocal desire, recognizing in the world’s events that there is a movement, and an energy, that seeks great and daring change now, and know that the energetic sweep that bubbles and invites participation now is extremely supportive of such change. Align your self with this desire for change, but do so in alignment with your inner spirit, rather than your eager ego.

The ego loves such energy as is now present. It finds it enticing, and it finds it very tasty; yet is the ego not the proper leader at this time. The ego must temper down its eagerness, and wait patiently while the inner self seeks proper resonance, and makes the right decisions now.

What will happen if the ego overpowers or tricks the inner spirit?

Well, what do you think will happen? There will be delay, perhaps sadness at a missed opportunity. But as you know, there is always another chance to shift back power to the inner self. Each day, each moment in every day in fact, is there the possibility of shifting to the inner self and beginning to allow that aspect of the journeying self to become the guide.

In spite of the ego’s strength, most of you will soon find that the way of the ego is not quite satisfying. After a while you’ll discover that the ego takes the same roads over and over again, rarely tiring of reenacting its antics, traversing the same territory, often going in circles, or simply sitting down and staying in one place for long periods of time. This gets boring for the inner spirit after a while. Then is it the inner spirit who must shift the stubborn ego out of the way and take over.

If you find your self in this position, do not feel ashamed or give your self remonstrance, but accept the fact that the ego has been in control for a long time and is simply doing what it does best, sidetracking you, or pushing you in a direction that may not be totally wrong, but also may not be totally right.

There is a great need now for shifts toward the inner spirit to be made in order for the world to shift into a new alignment with a new path of good, of evolutionary growth, and acceptance of all beings as equal, as stubbornly struggling to assert the inner guide, and as properly seeking resonance within themselves and with the world outside of themselves. In order to truly love and value all human life, and the journeys of all living things, must a new acceptance of life as an evolutionary journey become more acceptable.

It is not quite the norm yet, but with these messages, and the many messages coming to you from my companion guides, is there the possibility for shift. But these, and other messages that place the evolutionary journey solely upon the individual, must be allowed to spread. If others who read my messages discover that they have connection with spirit guides offering advice that is part of this shift in consciousness, now is the time for you to be brave, and speak out about your own connection with guidance of universal appeal and necessity.

This energy supports such resonant inner spirit connection, now more fully than ever before. So I urge all who have even an inkling of connection, even the bud of a beginning of it to speak out now, and cultivate a new awareness of this kind of thread of possibility. In exclaiming its existence, do you offer others the ability, the daring, to open their own mouths and speak up about their own experiences.

Do not be afraid. For even as this woman, Jan, who does channel Jeanne, one day dared to speak, so must others do the same in order to spread the evolutionary messages that are now so needed, and also so desired. Become a part of this new awareness, and by your own daring open your inner spirit to further growth, and a new world will begin to open before you. As you dare, so will you see just how many are out there seeking such resonance of spirit, and of connection with all that is infinite and all that is offered.

There is so much available to you beyond that world, but it is only available if you dare to take the leap. Continue the good work you do upon the self. For no matter what choices you make now, must your inner work be uppermost in your tasks at hand to complete. For without completing your journey this time must you return to complete it again; and that, My Dears, would not be the best choice to make. Far better to dare to take the leap into the self, and complete that even before you speak up about your connections with other worlds, for that is the most important task of the individual journey.

Can both be done at the same time, the inner work, while still speaking about connection? Actually, I guess that’s a pretty stupid question. I can answer that one myself.

Of course you can! For you do it daily. The work on the inner self never stops, for then would your personal evolution stop. And yes, you can do this channeling work and the work on the self, for they go quite nicely hand in hand. But if the work on the inner self has not begun in earnest, then is it necessary to dig deeply in order to discover where to align the spirit, and where to speak out. So your question is not stupid at all, Jan.

If the inner spirit has not been heard yet, if the inner voice has been ignored and kept muffled, then is it not certain that connection has truly been achieved. Certainty of connection must be established, and perfect inner resonance with that connection must be felt, in a manner that is totally recognizable as not only right, but good for the inner self, and for all of mankind.

Perfect connection gives guidance that is universal, appropriate for each individual; and requires participation, decision making, and asks for the inner spirit to constantly take on the job of growth. No other guide can make your choices, or become your godhead, this must you take on your self. By godhead I mean, no guide should become your focus, for then are you not doing the work of the self, but attaching your self to another, and that would be debilitating, to say the least. Proper guides require that you do the work, yet do they aid you as you stumble and learn, and they offer proper assistance only when needed.

So, all in all, as I have said, the energy of now will support daring of this sort, bravery in speaking out about universal connection with spirit guides who offer the opportunity for evolutionary growth in an individual, spirit-centered manner.

I urge all of you to continue your deep inner work. If you are not sure what this means, so is there much help available upon that Earth plane, as well as in other worlds. Seek help when you need it. Plenty of people do the work of the self every day, questioning, and seeking, and learning their lessons. This has been going on for eons, and many great seekers have left their journeys laid out for study. Others work in that modern world, aiding and guiding as they take their own journeys. You are always welcome to seek guidance when you need it. But as always, remember, you must take your own journey. You must do your own work. You must trust your journey, and you must not hide from your truths, for they will lead you along your path and present you with your new direction.

Good luck, My Fine Traveling Companions. Be brave and thoughtful as you engage in this time of exciting growth. And don’t worry, you can’t do anything wrong; for no matter what choice you make will it be the right one, until you make the next one after that, always shifting and looking, looking for the proper path. It is always right in front of you. Can you see it? Can you feel it? Can you discern it by your “seeing” and your “knowing” of your inner resonant self? These are your challenges, but they are challenges of evolution and spirit growth.
